AustraliaThe hotel had many positive aspects, but one area for improvement is the lack of basic toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush. It’s quite common for hotels to offer these essentials upon request, but unfortunately, this service wasn't available. It would enhance the guest experience if they could provide these items to make the stay more convenient.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I also loved the live music; it added a lively and unique touch to the atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

AustraliaDid not get the room I was expecting (ground floor leading out onto pool) had a first floor room looking out over pool but very tiny balcony you could not sit out on, I was a bit disappointed by this, but as I was only there for 2 nights could not be bothered trying to change. Air con in room 109 not working efficiently.
The staff are exceptional, service very efficient. Proximity to airport and shuttle bus service makes it perfect for a before or after flight schedule. The pool area fantastic, great big pool with slide for families and another quiet pool for adults. Restaurant was superb could not fault the food and the service was fantastic.

United KingdomWe requested a quiet room but were allocated a room very close to the bar which was definitely not ideal especially as the hotel provides quite a lot of live music. We also found our room to be rather small and the lack of a lift made transporting our luggage somewhat difficult as our room was situate on the upstairs floor.
The location of the hotel is ideal for transit passengers like us as it’s just across the road from the airport and a very regular free shuttle service is provided. There is also a bus stop just outside the hotel from where we were able to catch the free transfer bus for the Yasawa Flyer the following morning. The restaurant also opened very early for breakfast which was ideal for our needs and was open for meals virtually all day. All the staff members that we came across were friendly and efficient.
