The overuse of plastics and housekeeping turning aircon back on at 17c when we were out all day. We left aircon off as wasn’t needed in June

Amazing location right next to the airport and with a free shuttle which certainly helped with young kids and all our bags Nice room with a fruit platter left for us and room service was good. Staff super friendly and helpful Didn’t use the pool but it looked great

This is an airport hotel so for me, I wouldn’t want to spend longer than 2 days at a time here when there are so many beautiful islands in Fiji but I have no complaints about the hotel itself, it did the job (somewhere decent to stay before a flight).

Staff were pleasant, room was clean and quiet, hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle transfer bus.

Friendly, clean and pleasant hotel. Perfect for a late arrival or early departure from the airport, which is only a very short walk away (frankly not worth waiting for the courtesy bus). Also has all the amenities you would want for a longer stay (pools activities etc). Would definitely stay again. Food was also very good.

Our room was definitely one of the cheap ones. It was small and the window looked into the staff service area so we had to keep the curtains closed. Compared to other places we stayed it wasn't as good value for money

The Gateway is ideally located 10min walk from airport or short courtesy shuttle. The reception areas, restaurants, bar and pool are lovely

Not that I didn’t like it, but just for others information, there is only paid wifi in the rooms; free wifi is in the restaurant/bar/lobby area.

Everyone working at the hotel and restaurant could not have been any kinder. The location is literally just across the street from the airport, so it was perfect for my family and I. The beds were very comfortable. The little gift shop has beautiful items too.

The slide into the pool was fun!! Was very close to the airport, since we had an early flight and 2 young kids. The staff were very nice, easy check in and check out.

The only thing that could be better is breakfast. The hot breakfasts weren't actually very hot, and the porridge was a bit hit and miss.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel really welcome, particularly at the restaurant. My Mum and I were travelling together, and as we like to spread out, we opted for the family room, which was a good size. We liked the modern bathroom - the showers were great! The location to the airport is a huge plus, and the free shuttle bus made life so much easier.

The pool and facilities were immaculate. On-site restaurant so helpful when arriving on a flight at night. Room was big and air con great.

It is a bit expensive, but seems that a lot of places are in Fiji.

Big room and space, very clean, and the ground are very beautiful. Best part, you are across the street from the airport, and they provide a free shuttle.

Wifi only free next to reception. Really? You have to pay if you want to access from room. Makes me feel we are in the 80s where they priced a coke from fridge 20x

Is a very well-maintained property, 300 m from the airport terminal. I was surprised as often these types of airport transit hotels are not great. The pool is great and the room was in really good condition. The restaurant food is very average. The staff were nice but seemed a bit harassed and busy. Probably sick of tourists.
