How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing all was great.
Staff were great, also good entertainment live band. Rooms was spacious and clean compared to old wing. Great shuttle service but van needs uograding. Food was excellent!!

It is quite annoying to find a hotel with bad wifi that you have to pay for. WiFi is really an essential feature of any reasonable hotel these days

Was quite noisy but that was mostly more inconsiderate guests dragging suitcases down stairs loudly at 5 in the morning.
Location close to airport was great. Staff very friendly and restaurant good for a late meal.

Bathroom flooded
Great for convenience to be able to get to our flight. Lovely restaurant for a drink (didn’t eat so can’t comment on food!)

Wi-fi was really bad. We can't even connect from the room unless we pay extra. No elevator so had to carry the luggage down the stairs.
The airport shuttle was very convenient and the location just across the airport which is very handy. Staff were friendly. We got helped to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Ultra tiny room, no floor space to open a large suitcase, noisy location next to laundry room. Wifi should be free.
Comfortable bed, A/C worked very well, clean room, convenient location to airport with free shuttle, friendly staff.

Our room was very dated, and our sink was clogged from the start.
The property is so close to the airport and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We also like the restaurant and live music.

The bathrooms were a bit awkward. We had room service and the chips had been microwaved.
very close to the airport so perfect for late arrivals/early departures. Rooms were quiet despite this. check in process was very smooth. Staff were very friendly.

On my most recent stay (as an aged person), I wasn't very happy with the room I was allocated due to its isolated location and being on the second floor of the building, there wasn't an elevator or lift I could use with a large and heavy suitcase to reach it in convenience.
I'm a return guest at this hotel. It's situated directly across from Nadi International Airport which means you can walk to the airport without having to use a taxi. Of course with luggage, you may need transport but we only had one suitcase with us so the walk there wasn't an issue. I like the entrance to the hotel. It is convenient and accessible by traffic. I've stayed in various types of rooms and they were all clean, modern, well-equipped and maintains privacy even the ones across from the pool area. My most recent room was quiet and peaceful.
