The room space is tiny with an extra bed inside which we don’t need. Mini cockroaches shows up at night. We killed like 3 a day at least …

Super friendly staff, convenient location. Great beach side restaurant under hotel with fire dance performances. Great comfortable bed. Nice air conditioner.

Some guests of the dormitory do not have the sense of cleanliness. They make mess of the toilets. I asked the front-desk staff to clean it, but it took a while for them to do it. Please work fast on the matter of hygiene!

I stayed in the dormitory which has the lines of bunkbeds. It was quiet enough, with the shower rooms and toilets attached to the room. The restaurant was good. So I worked on my PC all day at the restaurant, occasionally ordering coffee, smoothie and lunch. Thank you very much for the smiling staff.

Bed bug problematic and the receptionist would not admit that they had bed bugs when I showed him a live bedbug on my bed. Checked out at midnight to go to another hostel down the road. Also it gets really cold in the dorm due to AC being put too low all the time (anyone has access to the remote…)

The dorm room is a tight squeeze and Difficult to keep clean with so many beds in it. Other guests turn the ac on and off as they please which makes for an unhealthy environment. The information given at the tour desk is not comprehensive and can make or break your holiday in Fiji. There are other options to a Bulla pass which is not explained even when asked specifically. It took days to work out what could've been explained in 5 minutes.

Lovely outdoor area and good entertainment. The food is good although pricey. The Fire dancing show was amazing!!

We had a dorm with over 20 people in it but there weren’t any curtains which would have been nice for a dorm with that many people. Also the dorm was directly next to the restaurant so it was a bit loud and busy.

The property was close to the airport and surrounded with shops and everything you needed. The dorms had a good air conditioning and the bathrooms were in the dorms. Also the lockers already had keys that were connected to your keycard, which was quite convenient. There were no bedbugs!

Place was great for what you paid! We stayed for just one night during a layover. I definitely would only stay here 1-2 nights, but still a lovely place!

Smugglers Cove was a great hotel for what we paid! It was clean, and staff were attentive! We even got a room upgrade with an ocean view! Be sure to find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel so you don’t pay $$$ to taxi drivers! Food was great and they had fire dancers at night!

Our superior room didn't have windows you could see out of. Frosted windows looking onto the Ramada Inn. I'd rather have clear windows even if I am looking at the Ramada Inn.

I booked 3 rooms here because our group of 6 had a day to spend near Nadi before a 10 pm flight home. It was the best best choice i could have made. Definitely a 3 star hotel but the location was perfect - right on the beach but also very near Nadi. My family of 6 was able to find space to do what they wanted. Staff were helpful. The rooms were basic but clean. The pool was out of commission but luckily this hotel is owned by the Ramada Inn next door - complete with pool, children's pool and small playground. Club 56 on the 6th floor of the Ramada Inn is a gem. Great food and a spectacular view. We kept a family room for the last day which was perfect. Gave us access to the hotel and we could all clean up before a late flight Great location.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were plush. The room also stayed nice and dark as we slept till about 10:30am. Lovely beach bar/dining area and amazing to be able to walk straight out on to the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were even kind enough to give us a late check-out since we only arrived at 5am (had a long layover between flights). Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a good hotel that won't cost you an arm & a leg. :)

Bathroom was very flooded - hopefully from the showers and nothing else but quite dangerous / skippy when walking through

Fine for a night before or after the islands. I was in a 14 bed girls dorm which was less than 1/3 full so full capacity could be abit intense. The dorm bathroom had 2 showers and toilets so not just a tiny bathroom which was good. No key but 24hr reception which the room was next to so east access. Nice staff Handy with the restaurant/ bar and local supermarket . No signs of bed bugs like mentioned in nearby accom

Had everything you needed: ATM, restaurant, pool, beach, tourist desk, helpful staff, taxis on call. And the all-girl 14-bed-dormitory was very respectful and friendly. Most people were just passing through for a night or two but I was happy with my 5 night stay. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful it’s for you!
