The room is fair for the price. It is smaller, older, and has some quirks. The carpet is nearly threadbare, the shower leaks, and there were some smells in the room itself and in the bathroom. Generally, things were clean but it is difficult to clean everything when everything is older. The bathroom was newer, but again the shower leaked, and could have leaked into the bedroom. The bed is fair. The room itself was quiet but there were guests arriving in the middle of the night and our room was next to the lift so when they shouted and hit on the lift doors around 2-3 am that woke us quickly. Otherwise, the room was quiet.

The location was excellent, with a 20-30 minute walk to the tower but many other attractions, cafes, and quality restaurants within 5-15 minutes. The hotel is known for its a quiet street, with a quaint view of said street. The staff were kind and responsive, and seemed to help as much as they could.

Lift broke down several times and I specifically wanted the lift for my 78 yr old mother who had to climb several flights of stairs.

Amazing location close to everything, comfortable beds, lovely clean white bathroom, breakfast onsite was very convenient & lots of choice.

Paris prices, mostly (altho by comparison it's not bad for this kind of hotel in the city).

Bigger than your typical Paris hotel room; there was a refrigerator and a little coffee maker in the room which was very convenient. Very convenient location in the neighborhood near the Eiffel Tower, some side streets offered great views of it. Convenient laundrette just up the street.

Daytime staff yet to lift their heads as we passed.Such a shame as it’s a lovely little hotel so you would expect a greeting at the very least. Much smaller than it looked on pictures but we only ever used our room so did not affect our stay.

Room was lovely with the addition of the balcony.Fairly spacious compared to other hotels in Paris. Location was excellent,10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Night porter very friendly & helpful,could not have been lovelier. Spotlessly clean

The toilet is separated and away from the bathroom.... there was no slippers and toothbrush provided unless you ask for it.

I like it's location... it's a 17-min. walk to the Eiffel Tower.. The staff is very helpful.
