Pull out couch was not very comfortable

Location was excellent and we felt very safe, lovely bakeries very nearby, good access to multiple different train stations and different train lines. The accomodation fit 3 people for 1 week very easily. Bathroom and shower pressure were both good as well. We had no issues with the surrounding construction.

The main bed was fine but the sofa bed was not very comfortable

The location was absolutely perfect for central Paris tourist attractions.

The window views were blocked by external building scaffolding. The stairs uneven. Access was more or less via a construction site. Workmen started early with power tools. There were 4 coffee pods so one person (of our family of 4) could have one coffee each morning. There was one toilet roll supplied. We negotiated for a second roll for our 4 day stay. The 2nd bed (sofa bed) was very hard and uncomfortable. TV reception was bad and TV remotes had flat batteries (replacements were arranged).

The bathroom was lovely, clean and modern. The master bed was comfortable. The apartment was not noisy during the night. There was a Nespresso coffee machine. We were able to pay to use the on-site laundry which was very convenient.

There’s lots of building work going on in the building so lots of noise and machinery going before 8am and the blinds were broken so we couldn’t shut them fully. It could have been cleaner and it felt a bit tired.

Location was great - close to a few metro stops and lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. Apartment is surprisingly spacious for 2 people - we were pleasantly surprised. Good communication from the hosts beforehand re. getting into the room as we arrived late at night.

The building is a construction zone. Workers are walking along the scaffolding outside the windows, which we had to have open at night due to the heat and there only being one pedestal fan to share amongst 4 people. There were some repairs that needed to be done: the shower leaked from the corner as it needed resealing and one of the cupboards in the kitchen wouldn’t close properly.

Well located, a decent size for 4 people and quite modern. Instructions for check in were clear and detailed.

The building is quite old and the walk up to the apartment itself feels a bit shady. I was also double charged on my credit card, though a refund is automatically processed but both transactions were done in euros I ended up losing a few pennies due to currency exchange. An insignificant loss but unpleasant :(

Nothing to dislike. There is a bit of noise specially on the weekends but if you're staying in central Paris that's normal. Didn't really bother us too much.

Super clean, great instructions for check in etc. All amenities were provided. Beds including the sofa was very comfortable. Linen was clean and adequate. Very modern setting. Bathroom was clean and shower was great

Everything was very dirty, bathroom was disgusting, dirt on the shower walls and everywhere around and the floor in the apartment was not even mopped. No hand towel just shower and a foot towel. No shampoo or shower gel.

The property is very good located. Nice stores, restaurants and coffeehouses around.

The apartment was not clean, the 2nd sofa bed was broken, the window blind was broken, the table and chairs have a comfort rate of 0/10, the double bed has seen better days and there were no basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil).

Location is nice. Only 200m from Montorgueil street.

Had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Entering is like an escape room with all of the codes but super easy. Communication was great, easy to get to.

The apartment was in a building under renovation and there was a lot of dust. There was dust at the tiles of the bathroom which means that they were not cleaned properly. The mattress of the double was thin and not very comfortable. I sent an email during our staying that I would like to change one linen which was dirty, the towel for the floor of the bathroom as well to the provide us a few more toilet papers (the apartment had 2 toilet papers for 3 persons for 6 days) and soap for the hands as the one it has depleted and they reply after 2 days that linen cannot be provided, the same for the toilet paper but exceptionally(!) they will give as toilet paper but they NEVER provide us. Their service was terrible!!! Their reply to my claim for they delayed reply was that on Friday 14/7 was their national holiday and then the weekend and they do not work! They advised me that I had to contact the emergency number!!! Finally they charged me approximately 50 Euros more for taxes , even if the reservoir made was clearly mentioned that taxes are included. I claimed but they said that they have informed Booking and they have not updated it.

Shabby neighbourhood, and it was construction work both outside and in other flats, which made it impossible to have the windows open due to noise. It was very dusty in the hallway and stairs due to the construction work.

We found some issues in the apartment: 1.- It wasn't totally clean when we arrived 2.- The building was in a restoration process and it was very noisy during the day. The picture of the front door is not updated so we didn't find the building for this reason. When we asked the host, she told us that the building has been in restoration for 2 years. They should've told us that from the beginning 3.- The room missed a curtain and we couldn't sleep properly because of the light from the street. The host fixed it up the next day. But they should have fixed before we arrive 4.- The building was very noisy inside and outside. There were people talking, laughing and smoking in the front door of the building during the night

This property is well located 2 blocks away from the Metro station. The host sent us all the information we need in advanced, which was very useful for planning the stay. We have a problem with a curtain and the host fixed it up the following day
