the staff were all lovely and the room was good for what you paid especially in paris- it was a bit small but again we were only there during the night so it wasn’t a big deal- it was all clean and we had no issues

Only issue we had was not great sound-proofing and disturbed by a group of noisy neighbours in surrounding rooms - but they do prove ear plugs in bathroom (!).

Nice hotel, decent area, close to Metro station (for access to city) and Parc Des Princes easily accessible on foot. Friendly staff. Relatively basic facilities (as expected), but included nice touches such as good quality free coffee/tea in reception/lounge area.

The table in the hotel room was not quite comfortable for work. There is noise coming from the stairs, the walls are thick. I would prefer more vegetables and fruit for breakfast.

Good quiet location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. River Seine is in walking distance. Metro station and bus stops are close.

The lift is very small, said it fitted three person but it would be an extremely tight squeeze. Our experience this trip may be different thus take this with a pinch of salt. We paid full price via this website (don’t think we can avoid this site as it now merged with many other brands), the hotel staff charged us again for the full fare, we were too tired to check after two exhausting flights. When they refunded the amount it was less the taxes therefore we ended up paying the tax twice. The hotel was kind and transparent enough to show us what they got this website and that’s what they refunded. Too hard to argue between them and this one website, consequently paid for one additional night worth of fare for their mistake which they were honest to own up straightaway.

We didn't want to stay inside the tourist areas in Paris because the last two experiences have not been great. This hotel is in bus zone 2 therefore outside of Paris into the suburb. The taxi ride was expensive (75 euros, October 2024) but it is a quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed it. Need to change from metro train 9 to other/s to get into the Paris city. Despite the hotel name, it is not close as we have anticipated to the Tower.

First day I was relocated due to 2 problems related to rain management. But the staff reacted immediately and properly, thumbs up. One night I did not sleep well because of some people having sex, this hotel lacks sound isolation. During this night I even heard other people commenting the sexual concerto they offered to all of us.
