Like most Paris hotels in this price bracket, the room was a bit small and I sometimes had problems with the wifi albeit only briefly.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful.

The shower was horrific! Only half a door, so the water went absolutely everywhere!! They wanted you to reuse the towels but that was impossible to do since you had to mop up all the water with them. Also the nightstands and desk were very sticky, like they have never been wiped off. Had to wipe everything down. Lighting could also be improved

Hotel was in a great location, easy to get around!! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming!! Rooms were very small, but expected that.

The room is very small, smaller than it looks in pictures, but normal for paris. 2 people barely have room to move around. It also has an unkept look. Not enough storage space.

The location is good, close to stores, restaurants and subway station. The good part about the room is that it has clean white sheets and towels, hot water in the shower. The welcoming staff was very nice.

excellent location in walking distance to two metro stations, pharmacy and supermarket just round corner. front of house staff Jerome was excellent. we were able to leave our bags after check out to allow more time to explore paris before flying home

The building could use an upgrade but overall it’s a great value for money.

We were greeted by extremely friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely as well. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and several Metro stations.

Lovely stay. It is not meant for families greater than 2 but singles and couples it's a perfect spot. The staff is great. The hotel is Clean and best part it had a lift. Very small lift but was thankful for it with our luggages. They are 15min walk from eiffle tower and other main attractions. Breakfast was available at the hotel but also down the street the staff pointed to an excellent Cafe. Great spot..

There was a bit of mold in the bathroom by the shower but otherwise the room was kept very clean.

Room is really small, 1-2nights stay it can do,otherwise is not comfortable. walls are way too thin, you hear everything from the neighbour room. Elevator is between floors,stairs narrow&steep.

close to metro station, polite staff, no surcharge if you leave your bags before/after check in/out (apparently in Paris this is not free of charge in most hotels)

The fridge was either not working properly or very weak. We visited at a very hot time and our refrigerated drinks remained quite warm.

Reception staff were fantastic! Incredibly friendly and charming. Room was very nice - small, but that was expected. Very comfortable beds and most importantly, excellent location nearby to metro station and right in the heart of the city. There is a small Carrefour around the corner for essentials needed.
