The hotel was very well located, the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, stores etc. It had really nice clean rooms and the staff was extremely polite and always available. The cherry on top of it was that the hotel was 10 minute walk from Eiffel tower.

Rooms are rather small but it’s normal in paris.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was pretty nice, close enough to metro stations, walking distance from Eiffel Tower and nice neighborhoods. Luggage storage was also useful.

The room prices is too high, Having paid that kind of money, I expected a more normal breakfast and comfortable room. One receptionist was polite, from Thailand and he changed my room on the last day when I asked because the single room where I lived for 5 days was very small. My colleagues didn't like it at all. So, the conclusion is this: if you look in Paris, you can find an even better hotel for the same price. It was our first time in Paris, so we didn't know.

If I was being picky, it could do with redecorating. Paint job not the best and carpet on the stairs could do with either a good clean or a new one.

20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. Everywhere was very clean and the room was ready on time. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Great patisserie and supermarket close by.

The room was extremely small ( a bigger person may not even fit in the bathroom). Please beware that the hotel does not have an AC ( and the provided fan was hardly helping to bring down the heat) The price was extremely high for this quality of hotel.

The rooms are run down. Location not safe . No airconditioning. Fans were dusty . Fridge does not work . Not even a bottle if water was provided. How much can a bottle of water cost?? Manager is useless and refused to do anything . He refused to acknowledge that the rooms need to be upgraded. Will never recommend it . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

if we were greeted the same as guest checking in during the day, no info of the hotel or maps were given to us when we checked into the hotel at 11pm, we were told that we will be charged 11.28 euro for tax/vat for staying in a hotel in France as we though we paid everything to booking.com. the switches on the wall were bad so we couldn't use them properly as phone charges & hair curlers kept coming out the switch so needed to always check if plugged properly. we weren't told when breakfast ends so missed breakfast when we wanted to try it and the next day the breakfast looked dry & boring so glad that we didn't pay for breakfast for 15 a day as we ate outside. most hotels will provide bottled water but this hotel didn't, the sachet of coffee & tea wasn't topped up daily. it was a struggle to get into our room each time as the card never worked properly so we had to go to reception daily despite having 2 cards.

hotel was 8 minute walk from the metro, the hotel was clean, cleaners were attentive, large window in the room & bathroom.

the room was literally too small and there was no space to open the luggage. the bathroom was good but again too compact. the flush wouldn’t flush the first time fully. the subway stations were about 7-8 minutes of walk away.

it was a decent hotel with elevator and good WiFi. there were good bakeries and grocery stores around
