Great location. It was next to the elevated trains so you can walk around without a map. You find the train and follow the line back to the hotel. Everything you could need was very close by. The beds were very comfortable as well.

breakfast was very basic but good and plentiful - cereal, fresh baguettes, cheese, yoghurt and cold cuts. coffee, tea and juices

close to metro provided the positive aspect of logistics however not necessarily the best view.

Strong smoking smell even if it's non-smoking room, hair in the bed, no refrigerator.

Early check-in and luggage storage were extremely helpful. Able to see the top part of eifle tower in the room. Great location!! Subways, grocery stores, monge pharmacy, mercy Jerome bakery, starbucks... are within 3-minute walking distance.

The room was very comfortable, clean and big enough. The girl in the reception was very friendly and gave us so much tips for our stay in Paris as well for parking, she speaks 4 languages which was very helpful for us. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel is a perfect location ! There is a metro station right outside the door. Views of the Eiffel! The staff are friendly helpful and knowlegeable. Letiicia (hope I spelt it correctly) at reception never stops smiling. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are cleaned every day.

It was very small. Theres not much room for 2 suitcases especially when you need to open them up to access your stuff. Our included breakfast was ok but a little basic.

We liked the view of the Eiffel tower out of our room window.

Very central location although not noisy even on the Saturday night. Super accommodating staff who allowed us to use the downstairs breakfast area for a few drinks and playing card to celebrate my sister in law’s 40th.

Didn’t like that the hotel only provided cardboard cups in the rooms for tea and coffee.

The location was great opposite the train station. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The staff running the breakfast were so efficient.

The receptionist was most helpful with every aspect of our stay, spoke excellent English…helped with Routes for tourism, local recommended patisseries/restaurants , map/train routes etc. very knowledgeable and welcoming not to mention extremely helpful for first time travellers!!

The receptionist checking us in was fabulous. Probably one of the friendliest French people we met on our trip. the beds were comfy and the room was updated.

Bathroom was FREEZING cold and no way to heat it. Room was cold constantly due to draft from under the door. Hangers to hang up clothes and jackets were broken. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger available. Kettle smelled awful. Only one key was given, I asked for a second one and it was missing upon return to my room.

Position is ideal, next to my meeting venue and just few steps from Metro. Room was very clean, and breakfast was really nice (in big cities that's not always the case...). Overall a very good in terms of quality/price ratio

during winter the building gets really cold and the inverter airco hardly can adjust the temp. you can overhear anything…

The pillows were not too comfortable, there was only one spare (I suppose you could ask for more) so we didn't get a great nights sleep. There is nothing to put your toiletries on when you shower and only one tower hanger on the door which means towels do not dry properly.

Very good location, opposite metro station and a short walk to Eiffel Tower. Lots of little restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Staff were very polite and helpful! Hotel room was very clean and it actually looked better than the pictures. Good choice of continental breakfast and drinks!

Wifi didn't work to well. The ground floor rooms which have direct door to the outside terrace are quite cold, even if you turn the AC on all night. You can feel the cold air coming from under the door because it is not airtight.

The hotel is very well located, in walking distance to Eiffel Tower, in an area with many restaurants, metro and bus stations and supermarkets. The staff is very nice, always willing to help. The room is bigger than the average in Paris and was cleaned everyday.
