I definitely feel for the money this hotel was not that nice. We stayed in Paris the week prior at a beautiful hotel and paid the same amount per night that we paid for this night at this hotel and there’s a huge difference between the quality of the two.

I feel like the pictures make this hotel look a lot nicer than it actually is. When I walked in, I thought it looked more like a hostel and the rooms feel that way as well. It’s very sparse. I didn’t love the area. It felt a little unsafe with the public transportation right out in front.

Hotel is just 20mins walk from Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants nearby & a good bakery (for good freshly baked baguette). My triple Room is nice & bigger than expected.

Eiffel tower view room is still small and cramp. Did not try their breakfast/other facilities so no comments. Staff was generally friendly, but encountered a rude staff during midnight shift on our second night when we asked for bottled water (which we need to buy separately from their vending machine).

I think the room is too cold in the winter. The cold wind will come into the room by the room door. The coldest area in the room is the toilet. I hope the heater can be stronger.

We both like the location of the hotel which offer convenient distance to most of the attractions in Paris. Additionally, there are supermarket, shops, and restaurants near by.

I had the effile tower view from my bedroom great location middle of the town lots of restaurants just a walk away...and almost 10 minutes walk to effile tower.

We were on the ground floor where the window allowed a view of a closed courtyard. Someone would smoke in the courtyard resultng in the smell of cigarette smoke into the room. The floor in the room was sticky causing an uncomfortable feeling. It looked like the floor at the end of the bed had been heavily scrubbed at one time and it is unknown whether, whatever led to the scrubbing was the cause of the rest of the floor being sticky. My son's pants had 2 cockroaches on them when we awakened one morning in the room. The shower had nice quality shower curtains but they couldn't restrain some of the water causing us to place 2 towels on the floor. Knowing our experience there, we would never want to go back again. Maybe a 2/3 price reduction would make more sense.

It was close to the Eiffel Tower. It was close to the underground metro station. The maid did an excellent job in making the bed each day and cleaning up. Fresh towels and new soap and shampoo were provided each day.

The room environmental controls weren’t very clear on how to use, the bathroom door was pretty squeaky, and a couple of the light bulbs were flickering.

Room is really small and the bathroom also. It's a fact that the hotels in Paris are expensive but according to this payment I'd expect a bit more from the room. But it was okay.

Location is perfect, you may either walk or take an Uber. On a great street with tons of cool cafes & bars. Staff is really lovely and friendly.
