Room was tiny and hot, so sleep was a bit fitful, but that said we were there to visit Paris, not the hotel, so all.was fine

NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL BUT - there was a smell of the drainage every now and again, nothing over powering and when you put the shower on for a while it got rid of it. The shower door was broken so had to lift it to open but was manageable.

Hotel was lovely, room was perfect, bathroom great size, bed was comfy, lovely view of the street out the window, made me feel very thankful each morning waking up. Can pay extra for breakfast at the property but there is a little bakery across the street and we ventured there every morning to plan the day! Has a small bar, a sitting area in reception and an area with a computer. All very well decorated. Clean and tidy. Safe in room easy to use. Hairdryer, a good one at that. BRILLIANT stay!!

Nothing

The room is spacious (for Paris' standards) and nicely furbished. Staff is kind and accommodating. I asked for an early check-in as my flight got in in the morning and despite being very busy they did their best to give me access to the room a couple of hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Bed is very comfortable and there is everything you need for a short business travel (hairdryer, coffee machine, etc.). Wi-fi works well.

İsabel, the Lady at the reception, is very very rude. She is not helpful. She hesitated to give receipt. She has not good manners as a receptionist.

The location was fantastic. Only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel tower and a stone thrown away from the subway. The room was very small but very cozy and clean and well equipped with coffee machine, safe box, etc. The staff were extremely friendly specially Stephanie and the breakfast lady 😁😍 You shouldn't expect to have a lot of variety in breakfast items. Very limited but delicious 😋 All in all I really enjoyed my stay 😍

The location is just 15-20 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. The receptionist, Stephanie was very helpful in all our questions and gave us suggestions on the nearest restaurants. She's the best 👏 The breakfast was good as well.

Room wasn’t cleaned on third day which was a surprise. Not an issue, just they seem to clean every day. Not the hotels issue. But they booked us a taxi. Should be 35 euro fixed price which is what we paid from the airport to the hotel. Driver charged is 42 euro. So double check.

Bottles of still water were only provided on arrival. We asked for some after that and being provided with them was difficult and seemed to annoy the manager.

I really didn’t like that they blocked 100 euros at my arrival from my credit card. For one night and being an older man I didn’t think was necessary. It made me very uncomfortable and nervous because of previous bad experiences on people “blocking” credit cards. That spoiled my stay.

I booked this hotel LAST minute due to my previous accommodation was cancelled 2 days before our arrival it had been booked for 5months ! So your hotel and staff were a pleasant surprise 😀

Well located just 10 meters away from the metro , very clean and comfy interior and exterior, staff was also great and helpful. Next time I visit Paris I know were I’m staying 😊
