Our only complaint is that the AC didn’t cool the room adequately. While opening the windows helped, the resulting street noise below was very very loud.

We loved the location of this hotel by the port. Our room was on the side of the hotel and we still had a wonderful view. The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings and white linens. The bar and breakfast on the first floor were also excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room with fabulous view. Really good breakfast. Hotel bar was great - very good atmosphere and lovely staff. Only took 5 minutes to get there by taxi from the train station (costs 8 Euros).

Tight quarters with two people and their stuff.

The location on the water was wonderful, close to restaurants too. A couple of blocks to where we had to park the car, easy access though. Staff was superb.

Bad AC. I did not work at all although a sign on it promised it is adjusted to a pleasant temperature. We couldn’t agree less. It was unbearably hot. Once opened the window it was way too loud to get any sleep.

Stunning view on the Harbour. Location couldn’t be better to explore a vibrant Marseille with all its pros and cons.

The location and the view are top, the hotel, the overall structure are ok/nice. Breakfast was ok, not wow; the rest was fine. Didn’t expect more.

Issue with aircon on last night. It was eventually sorted but took time and effort.

The day before my departure my room was not cleaned, probably due to some (considerable) delay in the cleaning process that day-

I liked the room, the view from the room, and in general the way I was received. The location was indeed very good.

The road outside the hotel was closed to cars so it was tricky to access by car. We ended up parking a few minutes walk away, in a secure underground car park. Also the reception is on the first floor, and the lift to the rooms starts there. This was fine for us but may be awkward for those who struggle with stairs.

Excellent location with great views over the old port to the basilica. Good choice of restaurants and cafes immediately around the hotel. Simple but pleasant continental breakfast on the balcony overlooking the port. Room was comfortable and clean.

Beds and sheets were clean but the rest of the room/bathroom could have been slightly cleaner overall.

Nothing - it was lovely!

A super friendly hotel right on the Old Port - so pretty. I had booked a room with a side view of the port but was upgraded to a full Port view. The Marseilles skyline from the Old Port is just beautiful so this was really welcome. The staff could not have been nicer - every single person was just lovely and really jolly. We would definitely book again. The hotel also has a terrace bar with a big balcony that is really lively and fun, again overlooking the port which is what you want in Marseilles!
