This was previously a Campanile Hotel and the rooms still very much have that feel although they have been brightened up somewhat. Tiles in our bathroom had been painted, and touched up in places in a different colour, silicone was mouldy. Nightclub across the road doesn't close until midnight and is very noisy. Restaurant is nice, not particularly cheap and is very limited on choice (fish or meat). Room pictures are somewhat deceptive. Spa & pool is at an extra cost, around €40 per person.

Although we didn't use the Spa it was clear a lot of effort has been put into this area. Restaurant on site which is very useful. Staff very friendly. Secure car park. Bed very comfy.

Very awkward with navigating the spiral stairs with large suitcases. The room was very small and two people with luggage would find it problematic. Need to have a small bar fridge also

Breakfast was a little inadequate. The toaster was not working, no fruit yogurt, no proper baguette and inadequate selection. The breakfast was not good value for money. The room air conditioning was working, but not very effective considering the weather was not particularly hot. The room cost was quite expensive considering the facilities overall. We stayed at this location many years ago; as I recall, it seemed better then.

Good shower and separate toilet. The staff were really friendly, personable and helpful.

Cleanliness in the toilets was not at its best. I entangled my feet in the entrance carpet each time I opened the door. Didn't like to be asked for decision if I dine or not and what is my dish selection if I decide so when I check in.

very convenient location for travellers coming from the A7 highway. Safe place with guarded car park. Stores, restaurants all around and even a cinema at walking distance. Nice rooms in a Motel style. Cosy bar near the reception lobby

The food we sampled was very good. We had dinner on the first night, and the buffet was really nice, both the starter and dessert. The main course, although limited to a choice of two, was equally nice. The breakfast buffet was more extensive than we had expected, and we enjoyed this each day. We could not fault the staff at all! They were ALL very friendly, attentive, courteous and good fun! This includes the reception/restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaners and even the chef, who came into the restaurant one evening to check how things were going, before helping to carry empty plates out to the kitchen! I also had great fun trying out my basic French, especially with the bar staff, who were very patient when I insisted on chatting with them, making numerous mistakes! There was a lovely atmosphere overall. We also enjoyed sitting out with a drink in the terrace area, which was unexpectedly pretty. Also unexpected was how peaceful it seemed, even though the hotel was situated quite close to a main dual carriageway into Avignon. We had been unsure about booking a hotel in such a location, but we wanted to stay close to where our daughter was staying for work, in a rather more upmarket (and expensive) hotel nearby. We were not disappointed with our choice. It fitted our needs perfectly, and was very convenient for seeing our daughter as well as making trips to Avignon and elsewhere. The location was difficult for my satnav to find.

Everything was clean and the food was excellent apart from the absence of vegetarian options although they created a veggie pasta main for my wife based on a side dish.

The hotel was quite pricy for the mediocre quality room we got, and it was not communicated beforehand that in order to use the spa, we would have needed to pay almost the same amount we paid for the room. This was quite a disappointment.

The staff was super attentive and very friendly. All spoke English well and really tried to make your stay something special. The premises are well gated and have closed parking. Breakfast was good value for money.

The place was clean and quiet, the location didn’t really matter to us so I don’t know if it was good, the price is pretty good compared to other places, the only problem was that the bathroom door doesn’t close till the end, the staff were very nice.

We had a motel-style room. The door of our room opened directly to the parkinglot, no hallway in between. Therefore rather loud and not as comfortable with people walking by in front of our window.

Small, clean, well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Fair price. Huge TV and water boiler with coffee and tea in the room.

Breakfast was an extra I would not suggest to add, very low value for money. Same for SPA and pool usage, there is a further extra associated to it. Location is in the middle of a commercial area by the highway
