Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The only issue we had was breakfast buffet was always running out of the scrambled eggs and there was not many warm dishes except the eggs and sausage (and veg), even if it was only 8-9am. It was out on the both days we had breakfast. On the second day we asked if it would be refilled and the staff were kind enough to cook us some more but it did take awhile. I think they need to make this before guests have to ask! Room slightly smaller than expected but it was super comfortable bedding!

ColombiaThe Wi-Fi is time-based, so you’ll need to reconnect several times, but nothing major. Good speed, fully available, and free.
This is a truly great hotel. We had seen several negative reviews, but I have to say — that was not our experience at all. First of all, the hotel is very well located. Both Dupleix and Charles Michels metro stations are very close. The neighborhood has everything you need: laundry services, markets, restaurants, cafés — and the Eiffel Tower is basically a 15-minute walk away. When we arrived, we were given clear instructions about the Wi-Fi, keycards, check-out process, breakfast, and even the lounge available in the lobby. We stayed in Room 46, a corner room on the 4th floor (with a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window!). The space was great — it had a safe, a spacious bathroom, a heater, a coffee machine… Honestly, this is probably the nicest room we’ve stayed in for a while. The staff was always available and very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a lot of options. We had a blast every morning, and the staff made it even better — always happy to chat and help. P.S. During our stay, there was a neighborhood-wide power outage, but the hotel handled it wonderfully — checking on guests and making sure we had everything we needed. We know we’ll be back in Paris, and this hotel will be our first choice.

KazakhstanWe spend a nice stay at this hotel. We were faced with one serious situation. We forgot rather big amount of cash and other personal belongings in room’s safe after check out. But with the help of hotel Manager Ali the problem was solved. Ali provided us with all possible assistance and that was done in very polite and professional manner. He collected, held and passed everything to the person, who was appointed by us, exactly in the same way as that was left in the safe. This is rather unique case in our practice. Usually this is difficult to proof which amount in cash u left and then get the whole amount down to the cent. Thank you very much Ali for your honesty and great job!!

Czech RepublicIt was sad that while there was a small desk where one could put a laptop, someone decided to glue a phone to it (largely useless nowadays) which occupied 20% of the already tiny desk and could not be moved. Minibar prices are ridiculous (7 EUR for a small bottle of Heneiken / 11 Eur for 0.25l of wine.) But this was all minor, the only serious issue was that the room was really noisy. The wall is very thin and I could hear everything from the next room, I could even understand what the guy next door was talking about on the phone.
Excellent location, in a quiet street in the center of Paris. The hotel looks quite new and well maintained, the room was clean and the interior looks great. Wifi was OK. My room had a coffee maker, minibar and even though the room was tiny, it we efficiently designed. Bed was comfortable/ One of the bedside tables was converted to a small desk which was quite OK (if it was not for the phone glued to it). I did not have breakfast, but it looked nice. The staff was very kind and helpful.
