Maybe it's normal in Europe, but the toilets were loud when flushing. It made us jump every time. No big deal though.

Came back later in the evening a wanted a glass of wine, but the bar was not accessible. There is a mini bar in the room👍, but wanted just a glass. The mini bar did have plenty of options though

The Esteem Tour Eiffel were amazing and were eager to help with arranging travels to airports, dinner and sites. The rooms were clean and the breakfast smelled awesome, even though we did not participate, due to timing. A definite recommendation.

Small thing, but would like a Smart TV in the room to login into Netflix etc… or the ability to cast from an iPhone or Apple device.

The breakfast didn't change much over my three-night stay, and I wish there had been more to choose from. But even though the choice was limited, the meal was always tasty.

The hotel was a good find - great value and conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower. The place had a comfortably stylish ambiance that I appreciated. One of the highlights was the bathroom - the ability to take a proper bath with quality products was a real treat. Moreover, the staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful, even sorting out my room preferences upon check-in. A delightful stay indeed!

The location of the hotel is perfect, in a good neighbourhood, with excellent transport connections, and on a quiet street. The hotel seems to be renewed recently, everything looks brand new and well maintained. The rooms are small (which seems to always be the case in Paris), but very well decorated/equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best value for the money you can get in an otherwise overpriced city.

central heating was too warm for us Kiwis, so we had to sleep with window open which ended up being quite noisy.

near ligne 10 and 6 metro, nice neighbourhood, the room size is typical normal Paris room which is not big, but it is well equipped with all the facilities, it even has a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room, very modern bathroom design. the beds in the twin room are not big, but enough for two persons, for friends. The employees are so kind.

We didn't have breakfast but the the breakfast room looked quite small.

Hotel was new. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. We had a view of the Eifel Tower from our window. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
