Bathroom was awful! Nicely decorated but the design made no sense. Couldn’t sit on toilet without your knees touching the wall which was awkward! Tub was so high, one could seriously get hurt trying to get in and out of it.

My parents were booked in for one night ( I live just next door) and we booked them a taxi for the train station through the hotel the next morning at 8:15 am. I checked and double checked with the reception as late as midnight the day before to ensure the request was noted and was assured the cab will be there. The next morning, my parents were told the taxi will be 20 mins late because the driver is stuck in traffic. They would certainly miss their train with such a long delay. The reception manager simply kept repeating ‘it’s not my fault ‘ and made no move to help resolve the situation. I ran out on the street myself (luckily was close enough to do that) and hailed them a cab from the street. Even worse I get an email from the hotel a day later siting Olympics construction sites in Paris as the reason. Well, I live in Paris too and was able to get a cab in minutes and am well aware that there is no traffic at 8:15 am and the Olympic construction are easy to avoid with several apps and websites put in place by the city. Such a poor excuse, offered assuming we were tourists I suppose. Anyway, it was a terrible experience and unless you’re prepared to run around and do their jobs for them, stay elsewhere.

Toilet flushing system is extremely noisy (like a jet engine) and the piping in the walls has not been insulated properly so all the water running in the walls is hearable, especially during the night. The rooms are small so when travelling with a big suitcase, it is not possible to open it on the floor in the room (future customers can take notice of that). Breakfast selection is the smallest I have seen, the items available were not bad but there were only a few options. Also, vacuuming during breakfast at the breakfast area is not the best approach. Overall, the price and quality is a bit off balance.

The room was too small and you could hear EVERYTHING outside of the door in the hallway. Also, the elevator was constantly out of service during our stay and there was a construction going on at the entrance of the hotel which made going in and out quite inconvenient.

The location was okay, but in a slightly shady neighborhood of Paris so walking outside during night time did not feel as safe. However, the location is convenient close to the Eiffel tower and a nearby new shopping mall.

The receptionist (the guy with dark hair and skin) during check-out was not helpful. We asked to stay one more night, but, he said there is only 1 room available and we can book it on booking.com or wait till morning for check-out time, so, we decided to leave. His only response was "perfect", he was happy that we were leaving. Moreover, we asked for a taxi, but, he refused to call saying that there is no taxi at 05:00 a.m. He was so unprofessional and rude in contrast to all other welcoming staff.

The room was clean and there were amneties in the bathroom and Nespresso machine, mini fridge in the room. Furniture were new. The receptionist during check-in was very welcoming despite the fact that we arrived late at night. Also, the receptionist women working during the day were very helpful and professional. Location is perfect.

I was not aware of the deposit but it was returned the check out day. I would have liked the possibility to do a late check out (with extra payment) but there was not.

Location is so so. The system forces you to go online though there are people at the reception, no human contact isn’t pleasant. There were some miscommunication between the staff, and little genuine care, more like going through the motion. At the price per night, would have expected better.

The heating didnt work for the 2 days we stayed, this is advertised as a 4 star hotel but doesnt have the amenities of a 4 star, it is a 3 star hotel. No fridge, no heating, very small rooms very very overpriced. The heating is communal, they refuse to switch it on.

The toilets were very noisy. We could hear when other rooms flushed the toilet. The pillows were small.

I had several issues with the hotel during my 3 days stay. All outlined below. we complained to the manager who said financial compensation was not possible from himself and that the hotel's accounting team will need to approve. He promised that this would be done within 1 week. Its now been 2 weeks and several emails have been sent to chase and they have simply not replied. I stayed in room 2 on the ground floor, which is directly next to the stairs for the upper floors. My head was about 1ft from these stairs when sleeping and every time someone walked up these I was woken up, as a result I had very poor sleeps during my time. Also, the room is tiny! so so small. we had 2 suitcases and could barely walk around the room. The rooms had glasses with lipstick still on them. We left these in the room on purpose to see if the cleaner will take and replace, nothing after 3 days. The "terrace" is literally a corridor/alley down the side of the hotel that is shared with all other rooms and the lobby on the ground floor. If you opened your doors to this terrace its not private at all and very noisy. The ventilation/extraction in the room is very poor. After showering the bedroom had become a sauna with steam everywhere. The mirrors had condensed and had couldn't be used for several hours.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Being very close to tourist locations. The bathrooms are very nice and modern, however in my opinion they are far too big for the size of the room. I'd much rather have more space in the room itself and not a bathroom thats about the same size as the bedroom.
