Had a great stay here. The kitchen was great and had everything that you'd use. Very clean. Great location for different metro/bus stops. All 10minute walk to them. Quieter part of the city and felt safe there.

No aircon, but the fan provided was perfectly efficient and quiet.

Finally a city room that was spacious, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Not a pokey little boxroom. The welcome by the staff member on duty was so friendly and pleasant.

The staff were absolutely lovely to me and my friend we were travelling ourselves for the first time and the staff couldn’t not have been more helpful towards us.

The photos are from a 3D design maybe, because it doesn’t coincide with the actual room condition. The room was clean but outdated. It was not super stylish like in the photos. We haven’t had an air conditioning system in the room so we had to open the window to cool down. But the room location was right nearby the road and it was noisy.

It was very close to the Nationale metro station.

Excellent all round. Easy to find and get to from Gare du Nord on the Metro. Excellent location to wander to Place d'italie or into the city. Would stay again.

The room was spacious but we were not aware it would be a ground floor disabled room. It was next to reception so was quite noisy, especially on Friday night when there were people outside in the reception area talking and playing music at 1am. Room was quite expensive for what it is but Paris is always pricey.

Bed was super comfy and the room was clean.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The room and especially bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. Room and its floor also lacked cleanliness. The safe was not working

The staff were friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated that they spoke french with me as I am a UK student learning French, so it was a great opportunity to practice. The room was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed.

Perfectly suitable room with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with shower & bath. Useful fridge, microwave and well equipped kitchen area. The weather was cold but the heating in the room and bathroom kept the room warm.

The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable large bed. We wanted a room with a balcony and they kindly accommodated our request. The staff is beyond friendly. Location is perfect, near the metro line. I can’t praise them enough. If I’m ever back in Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Terrible cleaning and smell. No towels change in 5 days or extra cleaning unless u ask for it. The room needs to be renewed or at least to be painted. Winter enters trough the windows as isolation is also very poor. It is not the most expensive hotel in town but we are very dissapointed with this.

Nice staff and big room with a small kitchen. Beds are very confortable. Other citadines are great but this one needs some works and investment to keep up with a minimum quality.

The bathroom had no fan, the ceiling were damp in mould, the shower head was very dirty and broken. Furthermore the bathroom had exposed boiler which wasn’t really nice to see really. There was no cleaning during our stay (4nights) which maybe would have been nice to have. The room was okay but again we had mould alongside the window and there was main light from the ceiling.

The property is in a very good location that suited the porpoise of our visit. The staff are very nice, welcoming and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable.
