I never saw any staff. The corridors and rooms needed a bit of renovation. Location was a bit far from city center, but close to train station which I needed.

The value for money was good. The location was close to train station. The staff prepared me some breakfast to the room fridge even though I could not attend the breakfast.

It could be a decent hotel if it were cleaner and a bit refurbished (ugly, worn-out carpet in the corridors). They should get rid of cigarette smell and mould. You have to make the sofa bed yourself.

Breakfast was very good. The microwave and the kitchenette was useful. The staff at breakfast amd reception were helpful.

If I wanted to explore the city, I would probably choose a more central hotel. However, there are busses from the station to the centre, just take a bit to learn which one to take.

This is a convenient hotel for people who need to get up early to catch a fast train from Avignon. You can walk to the station in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and relaxed.

-We had to commute to the city centre by car, but there was big parking (not expensive) do it was not a big problem -no markets nearby

We are cycle tourists and Aparthotel Adagio is a good choice for stay one or two nights in traveling trips. It is possible take bicycles into the room using elevator. This is important because in Avignone is frequent bicycle theft. 4 km far from city center there is a bicycle pat for reach it. Hotel is also close to TGV train station.

We were able to walk from the train station. The hotel provided excellent potted French cuisine suppers in glass sealed containers which we cooked in the microwave in our room. Breakfast was extensive, delicious, with plenty of space in the dining room. Excellent air conditioning - which we needed in 40 degrees.

Location is within walking distance to Avignon TGV, which is convenient to Arles, Aix En Provence or Marseille. It is a distance from the Avignon center but it can be easily reached by bus or train from the same station.

There was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle and no cups. You have to rent it from the hotel. That was a bit weird for us. There was also no hairdryer.

When we arrived at the breakfast buffet, there weren’t any plates or cutlery available for a few minutes. All the tables were still dirty and piled up with dirty dishes. I think it would be handy to let the customers clean up their table themselves and put the plateaus into a rack of some sort. Besides that, the breakfast was delicious!!!
