All the furniture is cheap and basic, and the breakfast still uses powdered eggs. I suggest having breakfast somewhere else as there are countless superb eating options in town.

An absolutely stunning building, a true sanctuary in the middle of town, and the rooms are large with extra high ceilings. The Bed is large and very comfortable, and no noise at night despite being in the centre of town. The staff are very helpful and polite.

The Cloître Saint Louis is very well located (despite the entrance being on a back street that looks a bit dodgy). Beautifully designed room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The hairdryer was slightly dysfunctional but that's a minor issue for me. I would definitely go back.

Buildings were lovely, car park was expensive and a bit basic the surface not great, although it is secure parking, don’t make the mistake of driving to the front of the hotel if you’re driving a low car, there’s a ramp that you wont get up to drive away from the hotel

Coffee from a machine. Expected a lovely cup of café au lait made by a person! Otherwise everything lovely.

Cold floor

Very interesting place, located in a former cloister. The room was quite simple and a bit cold, contrary to bathroom. There is an astonishing yard and parking available. Restaurant and bar available too. Very close to other restaurants and the old town. Staff were super helpful

It’s not a 4 stars hotel, the bathroom was old and needs re doing, the room didn’t have a proper wardrobe, the room as well was old

The house keeping got in several times without knocking at the door, early in the morning, that was completly rude

We loved the hotel, an ancient cloitre the room was great, as we got upgraded to a better one, a bit like a suite, the hotel has a pool on the roof but it is closed in the winter

Not the hotel's fault, but there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The hotel is right next to the train station so the location couldn't be much better. The property itself is beautiful, and it is a unique experience to stay in such a historic building. Our room was very spacious and updated.

Really nice hotel walking distance from train station and on the way to the Palais des Papes. Cordial staff. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh orange juice squeezing machine. Large room and large bathroom. Beautiful building.

I have no negatives about the property. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy all the services available. We will be back!

After 6 weeks of travelling around Italy and Nice with terrible accessible rooms, we finally found a hotel room that was truly wheelchair accessible! What a relief!

Well situated hotel with good parking. Nice room (in the old part of the hotel) which was a decent size and the breakfast was excellent. The roof terrace was a really nice place to sit and relax after a day out.

We did not like the shower or the design of the bathroom. The floor got soaked every time we took a shower. The shower was in the bath and very slippery and unsafe.

Not being advised that the room was in the Roof, and we had to carry our cases up 20plus very narrow ' castle like' stairs.

A fantastic location, so close to the City Centre train station ( this is NOT the TGV station ) . Enter into the court yard to a wow moment, as you step back into history seeing the old cloisters which have been so well looked after. Most room are easy to access, however some are at the very top, for which there is no lift ! Check you don't have to carry you cases beyond the lift. The room was an excellent size: Huge bed, very modern bathroom and even a kettle with coffee. I don't know of any other hotel with its own medieval chapel, stunning.

Very difficult to get the car through the gates and we scrapped the car which was a shame.

Our room was next to bottle collection point for hotel so noisy early. Also above kitchen we think so again noisy. No outlook either as was on half landing.

Close to train station. Nice public areas. Friendly staff. Pool area looked nice but were not there long enough to use it.
