Wonderfully convenient, close to restaurants, metro and the airport shuttle bus. Delightful receptionist as we checked in. Hotel is charmingly old fashioned, probably could use a makeover, but the room was very clean with a good size bathroom. Kettle in the room was a bonus.

The electrical outlets need an update.

Clean rooms, generous breakfast with organic approach, cooperative well-informed competent employees. When I had a medical condition they suggested a good source of medical support. Central location. Highly recommended for sightseeing or business. During my 5 night stay I only had to take a bus once. Very satisfied guest.

Quite an olde worlde hotel. Well located, good size rooms, super comfy bed, nice lady on reception, bar. Allowed to leave baggage. Happy with everything.

The only downside was the slightly outdated TV.

An old building with a certain glamour and well-decorated interiors, very well located, with several shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. The room was clean with a good-sized double bed. It had a kettle and the necessary items to make tea or coffee. The bathroom was small but fully equipped. Great value for money!"

Brilliant location right in the centre near the main square. Friendly staff. One girl on reception was exceptional giving great information. Room was large. Breakfast was good. Lovely and warm room. Would return here. 10 minute walk from train station. Easy access to airport.

I was in room 15 on the ground floor and the noise on the floor above me was really really loud at 2am in the morning, it felt like someone was plodding around on the floor and moving furniture around. It was really awful, I imagine it must have been staff working upstairs but not being considerate of people trying to sleep below them. one the first night it felt like a family of people making noise upstairs. Room was hard to heat as it was so large. Also the staff member on reception for check out on Sunday had no clue about information for buses to the airport so i walked 12 mins to the Gare routiere to realise that the bus stopped 2 mins from the hotel at the end of the street. Please can you ensure that your staff know this simple information to pass on to other guests in the future.

I liked the location and that I was told i was given an upgrade and had a very large 4 bed room to myself it was also very clean.

There are a few steps to navigate when accessing the small elevator which were difficult to negotiate with 2 heavy bags. When taking a shower a lot of water spills on to the bathroom floor making it very slippery. A bathmat would have been most welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located an easy flat walk from the railway station and around the corner from an airport navette bus stop. Also easy to walk to the city centre, restaurants, and monuments. The room was spacious, the bathroom updated and modern. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room.

Being so central it can naturally get noisy at times. Breakfast could have been better. The bread rolls, croissants and pain au chocolat were very firm anf difficult to cut with the available knives. Same goes for whole fruit that was available.

Central location only seconds from the closest bus and metro stop. Lots of shops, bars and cafès near by.

Third or fourth time I have stayed there in the past seven years. My hitel in Toulouse! Great location, the farmers market nearby is just great for fruit I can never get in the US. Lots of small businesses in the surrounding area.
