The room was a little small, but for one night it was perfect.

Air conditioning would have been nice. We knew there wasn’t any when we booked it, but we didn’t think it was going to be mid-ninety degrees Fahrenheit.

It was a little isolated from the city near the river and lots of nature. Evening meal and breakfast were outside on the patio which was very pleasant.

Breakfast: there was a huge sweets selection of all kinds of fruit gums presented on a table at the entrance/exit of the breakfast room. a well-intentioned idea but counterproductive if you're traveling with children and generally to my opinion "out of time". You should offer some fruits or vitamin bars instead.

A very friendly welcome by the reception, all services and facilities were according to our espectations. The restaurant offers very good food.

The room and bathroom were a bit small. The hotel terrace looked nice, but wasn't in use.

Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, with private on-site parking. Check-in was easy, very friendly staff. The center of Strasbourg can be reached by tram, there's a stop some 5 minutes walk away, or by a pleasant 20 minute walk along the river. Room was clean, with coffee and tea provided.

As a staff member had offered to buy a safety mat for the shower when I asked, we waited two nights before my husband could take a shower. Perhaps hotels might consider having a couple of mats on hand for guests who need the extra safety in the shower or bath. A long walk was necessary to get to the tram service. To most travelers it was only 5 to 7 minuets, but because of my husbands disability in slow unsteady walking it took us longer, especially at the end of a busy day.

Breakfasts were more than enough with lots of variety. Worth paying for. Staff all helpful and courteous. Extra service for a rubber safety mat for the shower was helpful for my husband as he has balance issues.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location for trams to Strasbourg. Private parking was very welcome. Staff helpful and friendly. It was very hot when we visited and with no air conditioning a fan would have been welcomed.

Nothing. Was a little unusal having a large hotel in a residenitial area but it was very practical for the connections to the city.

The hotel is situated very close to Strasbourg in a residential area, very near the motorway and ideal if travelling by car. The tram is just a five minute walk away and for €2.10 you can travel to the centre of Strasbourg or to the European Parliament. We also walked along the river which takes about 20 minutes to Petit France. Breakfast was excellent. I've never stayed at a hotel where such quality products were offered and replenished.

I didn't find the bed particularly comfortable, but my partner thought the bed was fine. Breakfast is available at the hotel for 15. Euros per person, which doesn't seem like a good value for money.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of Strasbourg. About 20 minutes walk from the centre. To get to the centre you can take a nice stroll along the river. The room was quite compact, but had everything we needed. There are plenty of parking spaces on site in a secure carpark. If you are looking for somewhere quiet not far from the city, this is a good choice.

The room was very small and overdated. They should consider to have renovation in the room. They have extra charge for double bed but the room was too small and they put two single beds together .

Nice hotel, located in quiet and very pleasant area. Five minutes walk to the tram which can get you to the city center in ten minutes. Room was clean, not big but good enough for short stay. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

2nd visit to this hotel. Nice friendly staff and ideally placed next to the old town. The addition of air conditioning since our last visit was much appreciated in the 30 degrees heat.
