It was nice to be able to relax comfortably like my home for 4 nights and 5 days, and the accessibility to famous tourist attractions such as public transportation facilities, the Eiffel Tower, and the Etoile Arc de Triomphe was good.

I had an amazing experience at this studio located at 7 Rue des Belles Feuilles in the heart of Paris. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its excellent positioning – just a 5-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro metro station (line M9). This gives you easy access to the main tourist attractions of Paris and quickly connects you to the rest of the city. Another major plus of the location is the proximity to essential amenities. Right opposite the studio is a shopping mall and an Auchan supermarket, so it's very easy to shop for anything you need during your stay. This adds an extra level of convenience, especially if you want to prepare a quick meal in the studio or restock your supplies without wasting time looking for stores further afield. The accommodation itself is extremely well equipped, offering all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. The studio is compact, but very well organized so that the space is used efficiently. Everything is clean and tidy and the furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. Whether it's high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern TV or a fully equipped kitchen, I missed absolutely nothing. The host was a true professional and played an important role in enhancing my experience. The owner was extremely kind and very communicative throughout my stay. Every time I had a question or need, he responded promptly and was always ready to help me with helpful tips or directions about the area. This openness and attention to detail contributed significantly to my comfort and made me feel welcome. In terms of value for money, I can say that this studio offers exceptional value. Considering the privileged location and the facilities provided, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other accommodation options in the central area of ​​Paris.

The only chair is quite old and could be replaced with a new one. Relevant for those who work at the desk. The apartment is small, but you can see that from the description, so was not surprised. It' ok for one person.

You can find everything you need in this little cozy apartment. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, hangers etc. Iron, washing maschine... French style decorations. I felt like home. The area is very nice. Quiet and safe. The street is full of cafes, restaurants, local shops for pastries, fruit, cheese... A super market just in front of you. Eiffel tower and metro very close, within walking distance. Will defo come back.

Room is just 5 mins walk from Eiffel Tower. It has everything which a tourist needs functional kitchen, washing machine, tv, iron for clothes. A must have place if you want to spend a romantic late evening in Eiffel Tower and just walk back to room. Neighbourhood street just 20 meters away has got the best view to click photos with iron lady in background.

I highly recommend this studio, which is small as advertised but very functional and clean. It is well located and very quiet. The owner was very responsive and the communication was smooth. Nothing to complain about my stay at "cosy studio 5 minutes Tour Eiffel".

The apartment is extremely small and the only sleeping options were either a sofa bed that was a little too short for my height, or a mattress to be placed on the floor. I chose this second option.

It is very well-located. The apartment was super clean and functional.

1. There is no bed... Just a sofa that pulls out into a very uncomfortable bed. This should have been specified in the listing. We put the foam mattress on the floor to sleep. Very disappointing.. 2. The elevator doesn't go all the way up to the unit. Need to carry luggage up several narrow stairs. Again, this should have been specified in the listing. 3. Some difficulty checking in due to language issues.
