Clean and comfortable. Very safe. The breakfast was amazing!! So close to train and bus stations, made it very easy to be a tourist in the city. The staff was very helpful and the rooms provided everything we needed.

Room size was too small and when I told about this at reception, I was told this is Paris (Not Sarcasm though). Also, food should have some vegetarian options.

Hotel is good, courteous staff, great location, proximity to public transport.

Couches in the main lobby are a little old and worn in. We did not try the food in the hotel so we can not speak to that. The gym was tiny and was the main reason for us picking this hotel. Staff was nice, space was clean, room is small for American standards but typical for European. Walking distance to metro. They were able to check us in early.

We booked our car through booking.com for 62euros. The arrangement and service was great but the driver drove far too fast and also when we booked a normal taxi back this cost was only 42 euros.

Everything was excellent and the pool and spa included in the price was a great and very relaxing bonus. We also I feel had an upgrade as it was our 40th wedding anniversary so we had a superb classic room.

Location wise I think we probably could of been a little closer into the centre as we ended up taking a couple of Ubers. That aside nothing!

Our room was not ready on time, so that was our only complaint.

The hotel was in an ideal location with groceries, restaurants and the metro all nearby. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower in under 20minutes. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the rooms were gorgeous! Beds were comfortable and the balconies were a bonus! The pool and spa area were heavily chlorinated but clean and really beautiful. Our family enjoyed a swim and the saunas everyday after walking the city and riding the metro all day! We would definitely recommend this hotel to any families travelling to Paris.

Restaurant opposite was noisy on Saturday eve Would have been nice to have option of an evening meal in the hotel. We would have welcomed concierge regarding booking trips from the hotel which was not available. More information on availability of spa treatments on the hotel tv would have been helpful. We didn’t take breakfast here as appeared expensive. Great patisserie near by!

Room and bathroom spotless and had laundry replacement including new spa robes everyday as part of the room price. Great open access spa facilities Staff welcoming helpful and patient with my poor French. Great location only 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants close by … would recommend’Melts’ particularly… very welcoming relaxed and helpful. So helpful when coffee machine didn’t work it was replaced that day and complimentary coffees offered. Lovely courtyard.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with everything, and gave recommandations for local restaurants round the corner. Excellent pool and spa area with steam bath and sauna. Not big but sufficient. The hotel room was an the small side for 3 people but the bathroom was wonderful. Delicious breakfast .

I had let them know ahead of time that my son had a peanut allergy and when we got there they couldn’t provide answers if items were safe or not. Wouldn’t read ingredients of waffles even though the mix was in a labeled jar. The breakfast was excellent for another members of my family.

The room was great. Balcony was more than expected. Pool was good. Breakfast was great except that they couldn’t answer allergy questions.
