Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe hotel was small, with very narrow spaces, making it difficult to move around. It felt unsafe, with the room posing several hazards, particularly the bathroom. Additionally, there were no safety signs in case of an emergency. The staff was rude, and for a place that calls itself a hotel, they lacked basic hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I experienced zero warmth or friendliness. Over the course of my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists, and none of them were welcoming or approachable. For instance, if I didn't greet them first with a "Good morning" or "Good evening," they wouldn't acknowledge me at all. We also had issues with the air conditioning, and when we sought assistance from the receptionist, he simply told us to open the window if it wasn’t working. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust causing me to develop a sore throat. The breakfast was subpar; the crepes were dry and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, and the same dish was served the next day. If you arrived early for breakfast, you might get pastries, ham, and yogurt, but if you came an hour after breakfast started, you'd be lucky to get anything other than coffee, as they didn’t refill the buffet. The woman serving breakfast was unprofessional, often on her phone when guests needed assistance. On one occasion, she seated us at a dirty table, and we had to ask her to clean it. Another time, she used her hands to wipe the table down for another guest to sit. The overall experience was disappointing and far from what I expected from a hotel.
