You here a lot of noises from other rooms and the hallway. you can hear people walking, talking, showering, opening the water. I had flight and I had to wake up at 3:00 a.m but I couldn’t sleep because of all noises.

In the hotel there was holes in the door and the air conditioning was hanging off and didn’t work and one of the lights didn’t work

The rooms were tiny and dirty, there was mould around the windows and skirting boards. The walls were very thin and could hear the neighbours. The beds were not the best, being 2 single beds pushed together and really uncomfortable pillows and a thin blanket.

It was in a very good location and close to transport with a view of the eiffel tower.

I was told there would be a crib available upon request and when I asked, they said it cost extra. so that was upsetting. the listing also said there was parking available and they did not have parking at the hotel

The room was perfect. The steps leading up to the room are maybe a little steep/narrow. Maybe a bigger breakfast selection would be good.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and there was no noise at night. Beautiful view from the window too. Staff were very friendly and kind. They also helped us to find our way to different parts of Paris. Restaurants were very nearby and the Eiffel Tower is only a 20 minute walk away. The metro is across the road, so you can easily get to different parts of Paris.

the rooms had paper thin wall I mean really bad I cud hear conversations of rooms next to us & above us and could not sleep at night 😭

very well located. within less than 15 minutes you are in the Champs de Mars (more 5-10 min you are just below the Eiffel Tower). Lots of restaurants around the hotel. the metro is less than 3 minutes walking.

When we first arrived we were put in what I would call a box room which looked nothing like what we booked on the pictures. We spoke to reception who was quite accommodating and moved us into another room which had a view of the Eiffel tower, however smelt very foist and the bathroom was mouldy also very dusty in the room. on the first morning the bathroom ceiling was leaking we informed reception to fix it however the second morning the same leak occurred. We again complained to reception and I was very upset so we got moved into another room as there was wiring in the ceiling where it was leaking from, this room we were moved to was much bigger and a lot cleaner but the beds were very hard. however the receptionist was very helpful and gave us one of the nights free and a free breakfast the following morning.

It was in a central location just a few minute walk from the metro station easy to get around the city. The beds were quite comfortable, the second of our rooms we had to move from had an Eiffel tower view which was lovely to look out at on a night

Totally scam. No windows on the rom (only in bathroom).. A couple before us didn't received there rooms.. I waiting have of sum to be returned.. Almost 1M and a half and still pending from Booking Be aware the room for the ground floor ita not what u expect..

The room wasn’t cleaned properly upon. There’s cushions on the bed instead of actual pillows.The hotel is on a busy street which means that’s its quite noisy during night time . Heating is controlled centrally. Need to upgrade their fridges in the room . The lift is ridiculously small.

Small room, and seemed a bit overpriced, but not sure, maybe it's just a normal price for Paris. The thing I really didn't like was parking - as we figured out later, parking in Paris is free on weekends and there was a lot of parking space right in front of the hotel. I've asked about parking prior to our visit and the hotel recommended one ~200-300 metres from the location. The cost was 25 euro per night and it looked like a closet for a car - we barely fit there, had to carry our bags, and wasn't able to leave when we wanted - it is closed till 7 AM Looks weird to me, given that there is an obvious and much better option
