The ground floor room was right in the lobby and very loud. The reception man was abrupt. The reception man later was nice. Rooms are tiny. Pay for what you get I suppose. Lesson learnt

No elevator which made it difficult for my mother to get to the upper floor, but it also wasn’t mentioned anywhere as available so it’s pretty fair

Walkable distance from the Eiffel Tower and really close to Metro/Bus station. Really nice staff. Just to keep in mind the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, however that wasn’t a big problem for us.

tiny rooms, requested a double room was given 2 single beds, no elevator so walking up and down 5 flights of stairs, view out of the window was facing into somebody’s apartment

Rooms are very small not like in the picture No elevator and the stairs is very small its very difficult to get upstairs with the luggages i dont call this a hotel , all of the wall paintings are coming off , the blower in the bathroom doesn’t work it was all covered with maskingtape and very small wardrobe it to much expensive for the money they charge i want recommended to nobody with that kind of money per night

The bed wasn't extremely comfortable, the pillows were small and not the standard size, there was no spare blanket so it was cold with only one blanket. There isn't a lift it's only stairs so it's not convenient when you have to climb up stairs with heavy baggage or go down the stairs with heavy baggage. The staff helped carry my luggage however a lift would have been better. There was also so much noise from surrounding neighbours, you can hear when people are coming up and down the stairs and you can hear the people in the rooms next to you. The room is also very small, ideal for one person. City taxes wasn't included in the booking so that was an unexpected expense and had to be paid at the hotel on arrival.

The location was great, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and Souvenir shops. The wifi was extremely fast, the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is safe.

Having an elevator would be great, don't take big luggage, I had a lot of trouble getting mine up. There is no fruit for breakfast, but it is very satisfying.

The hotel didn't have a lift and our room was on the fifth floor it was difficult to go to the room more than once if needed. Also the TV had no English channels and not able to connect to apps like netflix

Pictures did not accurately represent the property . No elevator and only a small spiral staircase . No coffee/ tea amenities in the room as shown in photos. Room very dated and toilet slow to flush . Also the hallway and carpet need cleaning .

The facilities are atrocious, there is no elevator, the flush and the air-conditioner were faulty ( a member of the staff came at 9pm knocking our door to close the AC). The cleanliness was the bare minimum, just what the eye sees. There is also no fridge in the room. It s too expensive for what it's offering.

The amazing location! Close enough to the Eiffel tower to walk there, but far enough to feel safe
