Need more variety in breakfast

It was just hard to get dropped off and picked up with luggage by car in that area because there isn't really anywhere the car can park properly if all the parking spots are full.

The room size was as expected for a place 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We didn't opt for breakfast as there are many nice places to have breakfast in the area and a bakery just around the corner. I liked that the hotel is limited mobility friendly, compared to many places in Paris generally. It has lifts so getting heavy luggage bags up to the room is no problem. Public transport is also very close by so unless a protest march is on you're able to get to where you need to go pretty fast.

The walls were thin, everything could be heard through, the bed was not very big, but at least it was comfortable

There was a lack of staff at breakfast to clear tables but this was only a minor issue and the breakfast was good.

Recently refurbished, clean and modern. Excellent location, on a pleasant street, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Seine for river cruises. Plenty of restaurants nearby including the excellent Amalfi on the same street. Reception staff were available 24 hours a day and always courteous and helpful. Left luggage room was an added bonus. We had three rooms for my family of five. The hotel had a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and felt very safe.

Very small shower was quite dangerous as one can mistakenly set water to scolding hot... A large person would not fit into the shower, I barely did and I am a size 38-40...

When I arrived the receptionist was away so I was waiting outside for 10 minutes and I was confused because the door is locked for security reason. But then he came back and we proceeded the check in. For me the room is a bit smelly, maybe the carpet odor or the air that wasn’t changing. And also there is no cover in the shower so the water was everywhere everytime we used the shower.

It is close to my working event so it is perfect for that specific occasion.

I cannot find any fault just because our stay was straight forward and pleasant. Am I going back to stay? Yes, of course! Would I recommend the hotel, oh yeah!.. to all my relatives and friends. To the hotel admin-thank you for your kind and friendly service.

The rooms were ample size,we are Asians so not a big deal but if others (who is taller and big) may find it a bit cramped. Beds are comfy and temperature were just about right. Cleanliness are at par and tidied up nicely again by the staff the next day. Having a small dining area for breakfast is always a bonus especially if you are not in the mood to look around for place to eat in. It's buffet so it will fill you up before you set off for your day activities but you have to tell the reception one day ahead so they could include your entourage for the next day buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay,receptionist was professional and service with the smile and very kind to give us directions within the vicinities,it was really helpful for us who could not speak much of the language.

Farther from Eiffel tower than I had expected. The room was clean, nice, but not a lot of character.

We got 2 rooms connected. The one with 2 beds for the kids had a decent size bathroom. Ours was very small. Shower would not fit someone on the heavier side. But it worked out well for us and we would certainly come back.

I find with a lot of Europe holiday stays the beds are quite hard, it’s not soft but still not to bad

I loved that it was a short walk to the Eiffel tour, great restaurants located in a short walking distance Friendly staff - we had an issue with air con and they rectified it and were helpful. Rooms are very clean and breakfast had great options

The bathroom was so small that to get into the shower we had to open the bathroom door and step into the room, you could not turn around in the shower without being jabbed by the shower lever (I have the bruises as proof) and trying to wash the shampoo out of my hair my back must have brushed the lever as the shower was scalding I jumped out of the shower and into the room just in shock. I am a curvy size 18 and have never had this issue before and my partner is very slim (male 30 waist) and even he had the same problem in the shower but he wasn’t burned he managed to knock the lever the other way and was given an ice cold shock. The other problem with the bathroom was we could hear the children talking and playing (and going to the toilet) in the room Next door from our bathroom (We were in room *08 and they *09/10) I can only imagine it being the same layout on all the floors so maybe the privacy side of things needs to be looked at there.

Clean, easy to find and close to bars, restaurants and shops. The metro was at the end of the road and it was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. They provided and wonderful breakfast every morning and we were provided with fresh clean towels daily. The staff were all very welcoming and nothing was a problem for them.
