Pillows are too high which made them very uncomfortable to sleep. Very Limited breakfast options for 8.5 euros , so i thought it could be a little bit expansive for what we got as options however it's still not bad

Room too hot. Ok when window open but couldn't sleep with it open due to noise. Didn't like shower in bedroom, thankfully we were a long married couple. Would have been very awkward if friends sharing room.

Most of the staff was great, very helpful. One notable exception is the lady who invited me NOT to look at her computer screen. But besides that, everything was smooth.

One of the ladies at the reception was not very friendly.

The room was very warm, even when we tried to turn the heat down/off. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, which helped a lot (though we could hear the train station right outside our window). So happy that the window opened!

The additional bed above the main bed could be problem. I and my partnes hit our heads while approaching the bed. I would suggest to the hotel to offer that tipe of beds not for couples, but - for families with a kid only. I would like to advise future customers when booking a room in the hotel to avoid one with 3 beds, if you are only 2 people.

Location is perfect for traveling by train and plane! We arrived in Lyon by train from Geneva to the Central Station to which the hotel is very close. Two days later, to go to the airport, we used the shuttle metro. Its station is about 100 meters from the hotel. That tipe of arrangment is extremely pleasant and convenient for arrival and departure by different transportation means. The hotel is very clean, very new and pleasant to stay for 2-3 nights. Staff is very polite and helpful.
