How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Stayed here so I could get a morning train from Avignon TGV the following morning. Lovely room, comfy bed, big shower, very good tea and coffee available in the room (my favourite tea brand, in fact). Breakfast buffet was great with lots of interesting cakes and other delicacies. 10 min walk to the TGV station.

The new building was above excellent, the value was terrific, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A super excellent place to stay . It was walkable from the TGV

Everything was great and met our expectations for a business hotel that was clearly designed to accommodate travelers utising the train station. Hionestly, nothing to note for improvements.
Clean, spacious, good restaurant for dinner, friendly and accomodating staff. Great location for early morning train the following day. Secure location. Great for auto rental drop off. Nice having a refrigerator in the room.

Room layout was a bit strange with island down the middle - room would have been better with units on the side walls. Also air con was not very good ( with no instructions ) found the same issue with air con in hotel in Paris

Very clean, excellent privilege room with all the mod cons, excellent shower, good restaurant and bar area. The hotel has secure parking.
Great location, we stayed one night before heading away from Avignon but would definitely recommend this hotel for touring the local area.

The air con didn’t work well and we were too warm all night. Wi fi signal was weak in the rooms.
The staff were welcoming and professional. The pool was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Well stocked bar. There was a safe car park with greenery opposite the hotel where we could let our dog off the lead.

Several of the male bar staff were unhelpful and rude. Breakfast was expensive.
The room was pleasantly decorated and spacious. Lovely king sized bed. The reception area was very nice as was the pool area.

Housekeeping was a little haphazard. The basics were done (change of linen, basin and toilet cleaned) but the floor could have been hoovered during our 2 week stay (however, we didn’t complain about this at the time, so perhaps it would have been if we had) The location, about a 10 minute walk from the TGV station, was fine during the daytime . We used the half-hourly TGV service into Avignon Centre ( m5 min journey). It was just a pity that the trains ran only until early evening so we had to Uber or taxi back to the hotel at night.
Very effective air-conditioning which was so welcome in the prevailing heatwave. Our standard room was a good size with a comfortable bed and curtained off shower area. A separate toilet was a very useful design feature. The bar, dining, outside terrace and pool areas were all very comfortable. We don’t usually eat at hotels that much, preferring local restaurants, but we found ourselves using the hotel bar and restaurant quite a lot as the food was fresh and well cooked and the staff very friendly. A weekly barbecue evening was a pleasant surprise too. Breakfast choices were excellent and food well stocked.

We needed to contact the hotel before arrival, everyone was very helpful and professional. The welcome was very friendly, the room as expected, dinner in the restaurant exceeded expectations despite some staffing issues amd breakfast was fantastic.

Easy to reach by car, parking on site, new and modern, family room with bunkbeds was very nice, breakfast buffet, a very comfortable stop on our way to Spain. Will consider it again when visiting Avignon.
