Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Their system made an error and charged my card twice for a payment and instead of offering assistance or apologising the woman at the front desk blamed me, my bank and booking.com but didn't accept that it was her system.
Good location. Can't fault being a short walk to the most famous icon in France!

IcelandThe room is tiny (barely had room for my suitcase in there) & the bathroom is smaller than tiny. Everything at the hotel is old & "tired", exterior, carpet, furniture, etc. Walls are paper thin so I could even hear the people next door taking a shower, coughing, talkin, you name it. Guy at reception at night was creepy. Will not book this hotel again.

United KingdomThe room was very cramped for three people. We were supposed to get three single beds but had 2 with a sofa bed which was not very comfortable form daughter. The room was tired and the walls were painted a dark red. There was a TV however this took too much space and really not needed. There was a huge fan on the dressing table therefore no room for personal belongings. There was a very small lift. The carpets on the stairs was tatty.

The staff in the reception is warm, kind but not so helpful, and I never receive any official investigation, follow-up or feedback from them, and my request that to contact the manager was directly refused. It is absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable.
