The staff were obnoxiously rude. Stuck up, condescending and arrogant! Their system made an error and charged my card twice for a payment and instead of offering assistance or apologising the woman at the front desk blamed me, my bank and booking.com but didn't accept that it was her system.

Good location. Can't fault being a short walk to the most famous icon in France!

Cockroach was on my bed and another walking up my arm! Broken and rotten mini fridge, broken shower, cigarette butts all over the window sills when it is supposed to be a non-smoking property.

rooms were out dated, carpets were filthy, toilet was missing a button to flush with. also took a £156 deposit which i wasn’t expecting when booking and still haven’t got it back yet after checking out and they said i’d get it back then.

The room is tiny (barely had room for my suitcase in there) & the bathroom is smaller than tiny. Everything at the hotel is old & "tired", exterior, carpet, furniture, etc. Walls are paper thin so I could even hear the people next door taking a shower, coughing, talkin, you name it. Guy at reception at night was creepy. Will not book this hotel again.

The room was very cramped for three people. We were supposed to get three single beds but had 2 with a sofa bed which was not very comfortable form daughter. The room was tired and the walls were painted a dark red. There was a TV however this took too much space and really not needed. There was a huge fan on the dressing table therefore no room for personal belongings. There was a very small lift. The carpets on the stairs was tatty.

The room is quite small but the bed is comfortable.

The staff is very very nice and speak English and offered me assistance whenever I needed it. The location is perfect! You step outside and literally 2 or 3 blocks away is the Eiffel Tower. 🤗

hotel france eiffel badly needs a renovation. thumbs down for the cleanliness. room space is too small and has no air conditioning. lots of broken facilities (sink, shower, cracked toilet cover, refrigerator etc). posted room pictures are far from the real amenities and space. definitely not worth the money and would like to request for a refund

We arrived after a 10 hour drive at 3:000pm and the room wasn't ready.They told me I had to wait another hour for them to fix my room…it was supposed to be ready at 11:00am the glasses were disgustingly dirty the bathroom was in a miserable state Everything was terribly dirty they gave one shampoo for three people so small you can't wash your hands with it

I lost all my personal belongings in the hotel, seemingly because of the cleaning staff. The staff in the reception is warm, kind but not so helpful, and I never receive any official investigation, follow-up or feedback from them, and my request that to contact the manager was directly refused. It is absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable.
