Excellent accommodation for 5 days, good location close to the beach, cycle lane for running and an even better host. Sincerely, the best host I've ever met and I've travelled a lot! He even came to pick me up from the airport and when I arrived he had lots of extras in the flat including two cakes and wine. I would definitely repeat a lot of value at a good price. Gerard was an amazing host and very welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. He left us some treats, food and drinks, he offered us access to Netflix and even found TV channels in our language that we can watch. We had multiple options for pillows, towels and covers and the bed was very confortable. To add to this, everything was very clean, the view was great and the parking spot really helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The host was really nice, he gave us useful tips where to go (not just clasical towns but the hidden ones), he was more than generous (he prepared wine, cheese, milk, tarts, chocolate, butter, fresh bread and much more). His studio is more than well equipped, nothing is missing (ok, maybe one big knife), it's lovely decorated and we will definately come back. Not to mention it's just a few minutes away from the center of Golfe Juan and the beaches. We travel a lot and we always hire nice and cosy places but this studio is TOP OF THE TOP.

The owner is a very nice person, he explained everything to us very clearly. The appartment is very quiet, about 300 m from the beach. There is literally everithing in the appartment, from washing capsules to kitchen utensils. Gérard surprised us with several goodies, wine, cheese, waffles etc.

Everything was just perfect.

I would like to thank Gérard for his outstanding hospitality. He was so nice to take us from the train station and show us the neighborhood. He also had a bottle of wine and delicious cakes waiting for us, besides the studio had literally everything one would ask for! The apartment is very near to the beach (5 mins of walk), and it’s perfect as we were looking for somewhere close to Antibes but at the same time needed a relatively calmer beach to hang out during the day. Thank you again Gérard for having thought about every detail that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I haven’t come across such a hospitable host before, who I can say genuinely cares about his guests.

Very comfortable bed with extra pillows, easily foldable. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Large comfortable balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There is nothing can be better

I want to thank Gerard ( owner ) from the bottom of my heart! Amazing, super kind person, I have never met the host like Gerard before. He met us at the airport ( our flight was delayed and he waited patiently for us ), he showed us all around: where is closest supermarket, train station and etc. In the apartment we found welcome bottle of amazing Province wine, bread, cheese and even 2 delicious cakes. I was so surprised, I have never experienced such hospitality...The apartment was very clean, and we have found absolutely everything we needed for comfortable living during our holidays. I liked everything.

I liked everything. Gerard met us at the agreed time and even though I don't speak English very well, he communicated everything we needed very clearly and precisely. Very professional and commendable. Not to forget, a bottle of wine, cheese, cakes, chocolate were waiting for us... The studio looks much bigger than it really is because it is functional. The furniture is new and tastefully chosen, the cleanliness is impeccable. It has a fairly large terrace with a nice view, as well as a secured parking space. If there was a higher rating than 10, we would get , so let it be 10+.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful studio flat, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a space that was not only impeccably clean but also exquisitely decorated and furnished. Despite being a studio, the room felt surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail in every aspect of the flat was truly impressive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It felt like staying in a luxurious home.The kitchen was equipped with everything one could possibly need, from coffee machines to a dishwasher, all in perfect working condition. The bathroom was similarly well-appointed, stocked with all the essentials and impeccably maintained. One of the highlights of the flat was the balcony, offering a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The building itself was charming, and the proximity to the sea, as well as local bakeries and shops, made it incredibly convenient. I must also commend the host, Gérard, for his exceptional hospitality. Gérard is one of the kindest and most professional individuals I've had the pleasure of encountering. His passion for ensuring his guests have a memorable stay is evident in every detail. Despite our late evening arrival, Gérard personally greeted us and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even thoughtfully provided some typical French food and bottled water for our evening arrival and breakfast the next day. Overall, my experience staying here was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their travel.

The accommodation at Gerand's place was wonderful. Clean, fragrant and fully equipped. Private parking, the best bakery right next door, a train and bus stop and right next to the beach. Recommend. We have traveled through all Côte d’Azur and we used this place as our living hub. The apartment is perfect for longer stay as it has all you need. Bathroom is super clean and renovated. Big balcony with the view. Parking is safe and locked, has parking place. The owner Gerard is very helpful and kind person, visit the property and you will get perfect place to travel around Cote d’Azur with car or train and get back to the property after the long day to get some home feeling and rest like in your own home.

Let's start with the host ... Gérard...an exquisite person, attentive to the smallest detail, and absolutely helpful. Ready to give advice on the best places to visit, even careful to advise you on the right day because it's "the market day". Yes it's true the accommodation may not be very spacious, but it really does have everything: a full kitchen, and if you need to wash and iron also a washing machine and an iron. Excellent indeed.

A bit small and tight inside but balcony helped. Pull out couch

Balcony and washer. Great have, it made the apartment very accompanying. Great kitchen area and landlord left nice goodies. Best of all our own parking space and automatic entrance gate opener. Pull out couch very comfortable but took up most of the room when left open.
