We really loved the free coffee, several herbal teas, water (including sparkling) and the play room and living room at the entrance level. The room was cozy and comfortable. We loved the place overall.

The heating was not working for a couple of days so it got really cold in the room. The elevator was broken throughout our stay, we didn't mind the stairs, but check beforehand if u have a problem climbing and lifting bags.

Excellent staff, very friendly, remembered everything about us and engaged. Excellent location, close to everything within walking distance. Good size room for my son and I.

Nothing. Rooms were fairly basic but clean with a comfortable bed and good view over the river. No restaurant but plenty of choices within a short walk.

Relaxed, good environmental credentials - no single-use items. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice touch to have fresh cake and hot and cold drinks available at any time of day free of charge.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is fabulous. Well informed, friendly and very accommodating. 10 stars to Dounia and Samar for their guidance and hospitality at reception. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The bedrooms are on a seperate floor and the there is one toilet in the apartment that is not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Perfect loaction in the city center. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms (one for a child), two showers and a large equipped kitchen and living room. In the lobby there are free drinks (coffee, tea, water, sparkling water) all day.

Friendly, welcoming, good location close to town centre, adequate free car park. Good breakfast included in price. Comfort level and facilities were in keeping with expectations given the price we paid.

This hotel was a real find for us. Located right in the centre of the lovely town of Chamonix, the river Arve flows behind it and along its rear garden and dining room. We were welcomed by Ophélie with tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and shown to a lovely en-suite room overlooking the front of the hotel. The other receptionist we met was Anäix who was also lovely. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Perfect location 2 min walk from the historical part, very close to restaurants bars and stores by walk, amazing view from every spot, friendly and most helpful staff, free coffee tea soft drinks all day, 5 o’clock cakes everyday, beautiful garden to sit outside, nice bar in the lobby We’ll sure comeback 🫶

Really nice location, lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, with lots of great suggestions. The facilities are great and the free bikes in the summer are fantastic. The free tea/coffee and snacks throughout the day are also great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Floor in our room had some damage that had to be navigated carefully.

Great location, fun and cozy gathering areas. Sauna and small workout room were appreciated. Views of the mountains were amazing.

We liked everything.

We were in room 45, which we highly recommend. It's on the 3rd floor, corner room, overlooking the river. The room was clean and quiet (except for the river), and had a fantastic view. Staff is excellent and breakfast was very good.
