The cost does mean it seems unfair to complain, but there are some things could be improved. The toilet was clean, but had no toilet paper in the large holder, and everything else in there was broken. No one was around until the morning, when there was someone at reception when we left. The room was clean, but quite hot and stuffy - opening the window helped a little, but to get a decent effect to cool down, you had to leave the door open as well, and that would be unsafe at night.

It was really cheap and the booking worked well and easily. Some booking systems can be problematic, This one was straightforward. The location was good. I stayed last time at the Ibis budget next door and that was more than half as much again price wise, though a better experience.

I did not like how loud people at entry were until late. I did not like that the checkin was at other hotel and the lady there did not speak English at all. I did not like that the rooms were not close together as promised in a message from the hotel through booking.com. I did not like that they needed to verify that I already paid for the booking. First they wanted me to pay again. Eventually I had to pay extra money for breakfast which should have been included in the price based on the booking. Also I did not like that one of the rooms we were given was not cleaned, we needed to ask for a new room which was granted. The toilets were not clean, very bad. It was noisy. Beds were horrible. No airco.

Its rather sketchy at night. Some homeless people were laying in front of the entrance begging for money and keeping the main door open so they can use the facilities of the unsupervised hotel. Its noisy at night Not a place you feel comfortable to bring kids with you. Beds are very short

So filthy, mostly due to the clients being awful humans. People smoking in rooms, burning the sink with their cigarettes, stinks so much we had to sleep with the window open (in February). Clients being awfully gross in the shared bathroom, ever heard of flushing and aiming right? Are they animals? Who know... So yeah, don't expect much. Avoid if possible.

Windows sagging and not closing without a lift upwards. heater on and couldn't seem to turn it off so it got a bit hot.

It was cheap and clean and quiet. We were en route so a bed that was comfortable was what we were after. This time the toilets had some paper in them - last time they didn't. The windows are sagging and don't close properly unless you lift the window up to fit back into the frame and the heating seemed to be on and we couldn't turn it off, but otherwise it was fine.

Bedrooms did not have air conditioning and was stifling hot. Windows were almost impossible to open a tiny amount. Lots of dead mosquitos. Doors were so thick and heavy. Needed i be strong to open.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the historic center of Nancy, although I was able to get there by bus.

The location of the hotel was close to the Cora hypermarket. The room was clean. The staff was kind and understanding. The door security system worked properly.

It looks nice on pictures but in reality it is really dirty and infested with bedbugs. We didn’t even spend the night but ledt as soon as we realized the situation. Common toilets and showers were dirty. The whole hotel has a weird smell and you can smell it from the street. Price was 31€ for the night and even that is too much for what they’re offering.

The rooms are pretty small and the bed mattresses are very hard but you can sleep ok.

Modern hostel type of hotel with shared bathrooms and toilets. Internet works well. We stayed just for one night and it was good if you're traveling around France by car (it's far from Nancy city center).

very basic but also very cheap. what can you expect for 38 euro. good place for one night if you’re on the road. room was clean and quiet. but depends a lot what kind of other travellers there are! A hotel with prices like these don’t attract the best of the best people. The staff is doing their best.
