Close to the highway and close to the city centre. The staff was lovely. I found it very good value for the rates. Clean and convenient.

There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. The coffe machines in the lobby were out of order. It was a bit small, but that was expected.

Bang for buck. The price was really cheap for what it was. The room was clean, really basic as you would expect from an Ibis Budget, but it was perfect to just spend the night and take a shower. Parking was included, 10m from the hotel entrance, it was really practical.

Lack of air ventilation created a stuffy, smelly, and hot room before we even entered.

It was cheep so I can’t complain that it felt cheep…but it felt cheep. I think if you’re with friends and young it’s a good place to go. The bunk bed is not good for people with back, knee, or joint pain…but again that is kind of obvious.

The only hiccup in our otherwise splendid stay was the bathroom's compact size. While functional, a bit more space would have enhanced the overall comfort and convenience.

Our arrival at the hotel was met with a heartwarming welcome that set a positive tone for our stay. The room charmed us with its pleasant decor and cozy ambiance. The beds, a sanctuary of comfort, ensured a deeply restful sleep after a day spent on the road, recharging us completely. Breakfast was another delight, featuring a wide selection that catered to various preferences, all complemented by a commendable coffee machine that added a perfect start to our mornings. For dinner options, the hotel's proximity to a plethora of fast-food outlets offered convenience and variety, making our evening meal choices easy and satisfactory.

A small fridge in the room would be a big help. + One more detail: this hotel has electrical outlets that accept only type C, E and F plugs, but not "Schuko" plug. Not a minus actually, but you'd better know it in advance.

Moderate hotel for moderate price - that is, just what you would expect for such money. Room was small but tolerable; breakfast decent; 20 minutes walk to the very center of Arles was compensated by free private parking.

The hotel is next to a busy highway. The area has a lot of traffic. Walking is difficult and can be dangerous because of the missing infrastructure.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, this makes all the difference and the ladies at the desk were key to my happy stay! Check in very was also easy. The hotel was very helpful with my Bicycle and the storage of it during the night.

The room is very tiny and also the bathroom. It's good for a 1night stay but I wouldn't do more than that. It didn't seem to be very well looked after especially the bathroom, which looked cheap and not up to the standard.

The private parking and the location not too far from the city center. It's possible to get also a bus (with limited availability though). Breakfast at€7,50 was ok and the staff was very friendly.

A bit far from the center but not bad. Easier with a car. A huge group of teenagers stayed there and the noise was pretty bad until the adults enforced the rules, walls are thin so it's easy to hear everything.

Simple, comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Free parking!

The room was quite small and the towels were minimal, not really great for shower. The air conditioning could have been better, it was really noisy with fan on speed 3 and the thermostat wasn't precise at all.

Good location near the highway and 20 minutes away from center. Good for a stopover during a trip. Good breakfast.

This hotel is ideal if you’re on a group tour/self driving. It’s a difficult location if you’re travelling on public transport - which you can’t rely on in this area. No Ubers, no taxis, buses that don’t turn up at stations, infrequent service. The area also felt unsafe to walk around at night because it was industrial and almost no pedestrians. Don’t go further than the tapas place next door if you’re on foot!! Also recommend insect repellent for the mosquitos.

Such lovely and helpful staff! At check-in the receptionist spoke simple/slow French that I could actually understand, and upon check-out I was personally assisted to find the right bus/stop for my journey to catch my train on time. Nice breakfast to start the day.

You expect a "no-frills but clean" experience with Ibis Budget, but even by that standard, the frills were limited. There was no lift, so anyone with mobility issues or trouble carrying bags would be impacted. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was broken (not the one for the breakfast). Be advised that there is another Ibis (not Budget) off the same roundabout, so don't get confused.

Convenient location off the highway near a shopping/industrial plaza. Several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants in the plaza area. Everything was very clean and looked newly renovated. Plenty of parking on-site and a decent breakfast buffet.
