Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Also I was forced to book a separate room travelling with 2 x 6yr olds and a baby when one of the rooms I had had a double bed and a sofa bed. More than enough room for us!

United KingdomThere was no provision for any type of drinks in the room e.g. kettle, coffee machine or bottles of water. Women on reception said she couldn't get us a kettle. The woman on reception when asked how do we park at the station to go to Paris for the day replied " I don't use the train so I don't know" No effort on her behalf to help us find out (we had a language barrier) she could have looked up the information. Didn't seem to want to help. Only a buffet evening meal offered.
Gated/safe parking for car and plenty of it. Area was fresh and clean, bar area obviously used for social activities/music. Morning staff pleasant and helpful when trying to get a cup of tea and coffee. We didn't have the breakfast but other people were. Walking distance to the supermarket and 2 restaurants. Room was clean and quiet around us so we slept well.
