The staff were so rude. On arrival we were spoken to like dirt on the ground. We went to our room to change and a cleaner just walked in to our room, no apology baring in mind we were changing- I went out to see what she needed and she shooed me away. Every member of reception staff we dealt with were very rude towards us when we were just trying to book a taxi etc nothing major. Our room wasn’t clean, there were bugs in the bathroom.

The only good things about this property are, the location and the bed was comfortable

Some of the staff at the reception were not welcoming and friendly. We had to keep on asking questions to get basic information. The room is smaller than you would think it is, especially for 2 people. It was a huge disappointment. There wasn’t any wardrobe too(you have small open shelves that will hold a few items). The bathroom is so small for adults to freely move about. For the price we paid and the amenities they provide, we would not recommend anyone to stay here. And interestingly at around 2 am or so we woke up to the noise of the fire alarm and all of us staying at the hotel rushed to the safe assembly point outside the hotel. Not a single person from the staff/admin side were there to manage the crowd in the safe assembly area. As soon as the alarm stopped some who were closer to the reception area got to know that it was safe to head back to our rooms. No one from the administration cared enough to address the crowd and confirm that it was safe to go back. We were left to our own devices. Utterly disappointing management.

The location was good. It was close to a few good restaurants and the Eiffel Tower.

Very loud. Lots of loud bangs throughout the night and morning which continued to wake us up. Could hear every door being closed and furniture being moved by cleaners. Could hear all neighbours.

The bathroom was small, but it's practical and fit for use.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Great location. Nearby restaurants with great food! Shirt walk to the efifel Tower. Amazing breakfast, staff were friendly. Vending machines for snacks and condoments were a perfect idea. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom size, was extremelly small!!EXTREMELLY! my father, he is a big guy,not huge, but also not small, but he didn't fit in there, and they say that all rooms have such small bathrooms, its not acceptable, it was a torment.

Location was really good, metro station was very close, some good restaurants near by. Staff was polite and friendly.

It was a great hotel. Smaller rooms but perfect location if you are hoping to walk around. Wonderful breakfast.

Some basic amenities in room missing like hot water which is commonly required in the winters. Everytime i needed hot water i had to come to the restaurant and ask someone to help. It was not easy. TV cast was not working. Washbasin in bathroom did not work, water was not going through quickly, had to wait and sometimes manually do it.There was not sufficient space to keep bags or hang jackets.

First of all i have been charged twice, over 700 euros for a weekend at an ibis is way to much, and i dont really care if its your fault or booking.com fault i was left with no money or any help from you till the day we were leaving, second there was no toilet brush, third we wanted a large bed not 2 beds connected with a gap between.

Room size, not a double but twin beds which moves from each other all the night. Very tiny bathroom and leaking shower tub. Almost none of noise isolation of the room, not only door. Window didn’t close fully too

The room, and especially the bathroom, is very small. It is difficult for bigger people to use the toilet and take a shower. There were also cockroaches in our room.

Breakfast with sufficient selection, reception staff helpful, hotel location in the city centre, Eiffel Tower 20 min walk away, other places accessible by metro.

No aircon in room so was a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. A lot of noise from corridor and I think there was work going on above us so was quite loud
