Very poor staff, NO room service. Very poor facilities, the room didn't even have any glasses. A disaster but for the location.

I had booked this for myself husband and daughter is was under 1, stated she was an infant. however when we got there, we found that there was no consideration of her staying with us. no cot bed was provided. we all had to sleep on the double bed. no kettle was either provided, which I needed to make her formular milk. when I brought this to the attention of reception, they didn’t seem too bother to resolve anything.

first you wait a lot on the reception, we paid for late check out and our card didn’t work and the cleaning lady come into the room. the room is small, the bathroom is smaller, be prepared also to wait a lot on the elevators

IT systems were not working when when I arrived and it took nearly two hours before I could get into a room because they said they couldn’t allocate rooms without the system as they didn’t know which were clean. staff were very nice but had no idea what to do until I suggested they send someone to look for clean rooms. they offered drinks and food but didn’t say what or where to get them. no recompense or discount was offered. also lifts needed a card to operate and often didn’t work and finally I thought booking.com said parking was included which was why I chose this hotel - but I was given a £50 parking bill when I left. I won’t go back.

The living room and bathroom are too small if compare to other hotels in Asia. I don't like to wait until the checking time (at 3pm).

The room was everything we needed and worked quite well. The hotel was nice and offered a great restaurant and bar. Staff were very helpful. The location was amazing! Very easy to access the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro.

First room had no working lights as well as no working telephone which is important in case of a emergency. I did ask your receptionist to move us. She refused and said there wasn’t any available rooms, however, she sent a technician who did say that we needed to be moved due to the fact the lights and the telephone are not operational, which is a safety hazard. 2. When we were moved, the second room had no hot water, so when we came back home at 9 pm, we could not shower as well as a TV not working and there was also a horrible smell in the room. Unfortunately, at this point, we were so fed up, we booked another hotel and had to pay more money to try enjoy the rest of our time in Paris.

When we arrived around 12:00 wifi was not working, we stayed without wifi till the next day , in the morning again it was not working , when we complained later that night the young men at the reception was talking to me with the hands in his pocket trousers , zero professionalism and rude and no apology for the inconvenience. They told us it was a general problem of the area which it was a lie as we went next door for lunch and the restaurant next door had wifi. There was only one English news channel on the tv BBC all others where in french. No wifi , no netflix, we could not book our activities and could not work as we where consuming our internet for basic use.Breakfast restaurant was beautiful, service staff needs training, the breakfast host was polishing the cutlery few meters next to our table literally throwing them instead of placing them gently down , due to the terrible irritating noise we had to leave the restaurant and we preferred not to start our day complaining. At the breakfast buffet they should have fried eggs also. In the toilet there is no toilet brush or bidet shower which is terrible. No kettle in the room or mini bar to place a drink.We send some questions when we booked the room on Booking.com contact and a few days before we arrive the same questions again and we never received a reply. For 1 day only for a short stop is a good place.The place is beautiful and has a lot of potential if you train your staff and improve these details missing.

The young lady with dreadlocks hair was very polite and sweet that did our check in and Mr Zaid upon check out was very professional and polite.
