Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was great. Right beside metro and only about fifteen minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and staff were all friendly and welcoming.

GreeceThe staff was unfriendly in general and also didnot explain how we use the card at the elevator . The room is not as good it looks at the photoes . The bed is small so if you are under 1,80 your legs will be out of the bed .Also our room was very noisy and you didnot have the feeling of clean at the hotel . The staff which cleans the hotel entered the room at the day of check out at 9.30 an d the check out was at 11.00 which was useless . Also when they want to clean the room they knock the door they enter and they didnot wait to answer if we were inside.

RomaniaI have identified at least 4 types of cockroaches in the room during my stay. One of them was running through the bed as soon as I turned out the lights, and the only good thing was that they didn't sting me. After my return home I have hygienized at high temperatures all of my stuff, including trolley and cosmetics, as I was genuine afraid that there were bed bugs. The breakfast buffet gave me the vibe of a cheap self service, as there were some trays to be used to put your plates on that looked awful - chipped at corners, matted from all the washing. It would have been million times better without. I do understand being economic, but the tables and the chairs from there would need a good reconditioning after a thourough cleaning. In one of the mornings the linoleum that was on the floor in the breakfast space was washed with something that made it extremely sticky (all the shoes made specific sounds sticking and unsticking from the floor) and of course gross. The sink in my bathroom was so clogged that I couldn't manage to wash my hands with faucet/water on, as I would have flooded the room, I mentioned it, but nothing happened, so I went to the supermarket and bought myself a declogging gel and I unclogged it. The stench on the corridors was incredible - it smelled like unwashed feet/socks at any moment of the day. I have never felt in any of the days any kind of aeration of the common spaces. The ventilation in the room didn't work to be adjusted by yourself, there were some wholes from central airing on the wall that were whistling even if the knob was put on off. And the list can continue, but I can say that I can get over the spider webs that you could see near the lightings that were just above the two small receptions and that nobody seemed to be disturbed by...or the fact that one of the elevators worked from time to time so sometimes you had to wait a lot to catch one...
The best asset of the hotel is the placement
