Awful drilling 2 mornings (from 3) from 7 Am!! Hotel is probably under reconstruction. If we knew it before we would not order it. So we were tired from lack of sleeping on our holiday.

Ques at reception at least 20-30 mins long. Took 30 mins to check in. Wasn't given any check in information regarding wifi or check out times etc.The rooms were very small. The air con doesn't work so didn't sleep well due to room being very hot indeed. Asked reception for fan. Told they would send someone to took at air con. Air con was never seen by anyone. No tea/coffee in room. Breakfast was really limited and ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere. Another 20 min que to check out.

The bathroom was super small and the walls very thin, you can hear every door banging. The breakfast buffet was okay, the food quality good but not that many different choices as some other hotels. If you want to leave your luggage when your room is not ready yet, you have to pay for the service, that was the first time I ever had to do that.

The location was great, easy access to different metro stations and walking distance to the Tour Eiffel. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy and the staff was friendly.

I had to book a room on an emergency basis, having to visit a family member in hospital. I was careful not to book a non-refundable room, not knowing how long I would need to stay, and booked 5 nights. I mentioned this on checking in and was told by the receptionist I had to pay all and would be refunded the difference if I needed to check out earlier. I checked out after 3 nights, having no reason to stay in Paris any longer, my family member having passed away. The receptionist tried to refund the remaining 2 days minus the parking fee, but was unsuccessful, mentioning he was not able to access the hotel credit card but I would be refunded during the day. That was May 1st, I called the bank and received my statement, no refund has been done. Never received the final invoice. Furthermore, I had called the hotel many times prior to checking in, no one ever picked up. A friend tried to reach me at the hotel many times, no one ever picked up either....

Room clean and comfortable, no issue here.

I definitely wouldn't reccommend it! Last night before leaving the hotel i started packing my staff when i realised that a starbucks bag with a present i bought inside was missing. Immediately i want down to the reception to report it. They informed me that they cannot do anything cause it was late night, that the manager need to be present and i had to be at the reception next day in the morning 7:00am. Next day i was at the reception at 07:10am and they informed me that i had to wait until 08:00 Am cause they had to wait for the cleaning service to come to have a talk with them.. The manager was not even there! I informed them once again that i had to leave the hotel at 09:00 to go to the airport! I asked them if they can use the came footage and they told me that they need to talk to the cleaning service first cause maybe they throw it away by accident! At 08:00 I went at the reception again the receptionist didnt even bother to do anything during this period of time and when he saw me called the manager to come. The manager mrs A. Came and asked me to give my personal details (email, phone etc) and allow her time to do the investigation. She told me to visit a police station and I explained her that i need to leave the country! She told me the alternative is to go to a police station in my country to report it. I told her that the police station in my country cannot do anything for something that happened in France!! She also asked me to provide the receipt and i told her that I only have the transaction seen on my revolut card transaction list. I asked again for the camera footage she told me I had to wait cause she had to do the investigation first. She promised to call me during the day to give me an update! I travelled back to my country arrived 19:30 and checked my mails couldnt see any email from the hotel and no phone call. I sent her a mail asking about an update!

I have asked for two adjacent rooms as I was traveling with two kids. Got email confirmation for same. Also requested for late check in. Reached hotel at 10.45PM. My younger son was already slept while traveling from airport. The staff was too slow.. almost took 45 mins for check-in. Asked to allocate accommodation first so that kids can sleep comfortably.. but they simply refused.. got two rooms at different floors.. had a argument 3 -4 times with confirmation email from hotel.. the response which I got.. it's a system generated email. We can't do anything.. Just don't deal with such arrogant peoples.. there are many good options..

Shower areas is too short very difficult to move while taking bath. Breakfast was the same every day. Need some variation for the people who are staying long like more than 3 days

Didn’t appear very clean. Chaotic reception. Lifts not adequate for number of guests. Very easy to get lost on bedroom floors.

Good location for Eiffel Tower, Metro etc. Staff were OK but appeared overloaded.

We were on the 1st floor above the nightclub. The room was not sound proof so we heard music until the wee hours and noises from other nearby rooms. Loud enough to wake us at night.

The location was fabulous. An easy ride on the metro and close to the Eiffel Tower.

When we arrived, the staff did not bother to provide us with key information about our stay, they gave us the key for the room and did not even say where it was and how to reach it. Very poor customer service

The rooms are very small, you have to pay for parking 30 € per day.

The location was near to the metro station and all important sites, the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean.

The accessible room wet room was very smelly. We had to ask to move to a normal room as the smell from the drains was so overpowering. It was the same issue when we stayed there some years ago.

The location was great. The standard rooms were fine.

The only issue was the cleaning people with their heavy carts were lots of banging against the paper thin walls when folks were resting. It was very loud and endless as they went from room to room. I was awakened by this every morning.
