Rooms are very small and there isn’t toothbrushes, also shelves.

The hotel location is very good, it’s near to the metro station of Cambronne… I want to say very big thanks to Olga, she is working in reception…. 🫶🏼 team is very friendly there…

Perfect location. Really close to the Tour Eiffel. 15-20 minutes to walk through the beautiful streets of Paris. This is right in the Center of everything. A lot of restaurants and cafes with excellent food and wine. If you come to Paris to travel and not to stay all day in your room, Ibis is the right place even if the room is very small. Actually, everything in Paris is tight. If you want more room and space, you have to pay a lot. I would choose this hotel again.

It has quite a youth hostel "vibe" - don't expect a sophisticated hotel atmosphere - the foyer is all about vending and pinball machines. Everything (including breakfast) is arranged so you can't walk away with it. A sense of anonymity and being part of a machine pervades. But it's really quite OK for a couple of nights :-)

I asked for a special treat from the hotel for my wife (as the purpose we were in France was to celebrate her birthday), but i was disappointed the person i relayed this to was non-responsive.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and served our needs well for a city break. The location, a bit away from the city center, was perfect for us as avid walkers. It allowed us to discover the city on foot, uncovering hidden gems along the way. Proximity to metro stations was a bonus for easy city navigation. We didn't take breakfast, as we wanted to explore local bakeries for a variety of morning treats. The surrounding area boasts charming and uncrowded restaurants where we enjoyed delightful evenings with onion soup, snails, tartare de bœuf, and fine wine. In summary, a bit pricey but this hotel offers a clean and cozy base for city exploration. Its location, coupled with nearby culinary gems, makes it a great choice for those who prefer a more intimate and authentic experience away from the touristic crowds.

The location is great, right next to two metro stations, and is a comfortable walk from great places to see the Eiffel Tower. The room size met our expectations and served our needs. Did not feel cramped even with two medium suitcases in the room. The bathroom was small, but this is to be expected when traveling in Europe. The staff was super helpful, even after checking out. They contacted the taxi that took us to the airport so that she could return the phone my sister left in her car. All around a great experience.

beds could've been more comfortable; asked for early check-in and hotel confirmed but when we arrived, they could not accommodate the early check in; the use of lockers was confusing - as the locker assigned had items in it; amenities in-room could use some improvement.

I like how friendly and helpful staff were and how they provide fruity water. The location was very easy to find and reasonable prices to get to sightseeing locations. Also it was a very quick walk to the eiffel tower.

I didn't enjoy that there was no air conditioning. My room was very hot at night and I couldn't get any sleep. I did ask the front desk for a fan and they gave me one which helped.

I loved the location of the hotel, I loved my room facing the restaurants and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

We didn’t have a good experience with Gustave’s bar and cafe. The staff was not very kind or helpfull. We order hamburgers medium, not rare, and we got them rare… we didn’t eat them and we didn’t receive neither an apologie or reimbursement for our meal. They just ignore our claim blaming the kitchen!!!

We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel. However, nearby are very good bakeries that serve coffee and pastries. The location is great!!! Everything is near if you feel like walking and the metro station is just a few meters close tobthe hotel. Rooms are basic, simple and very clean.

Great location, the vibe was positive. Easy check-in. Nice little bar to hang out. Great sit out at the lobby. Room was quite spacious too. Bathroom's was a bit crunched, but no complaints. Metro around the corner. Lots of nice bars and resturants in the vicinity too.

Nobody collected our credit card doe payment when we checked in. Then, we were called late at night to ask for bill payment. Then, only the first two nights were collected. Finally, we were not allowed back to our room (dead key card) because you needed to collect the final two nights. Why was the total charge not collected at check in ??
