The location was a very short, easy walk from the train station. I loved the tropical decor throughout the main area and my room. I especially liked the comfortable lounge area for reading and relaxing. The breakfast eating area was comfortable and spotless. The buffet had a large variety of delicious hot and cold options. It was a bonus to have freshly squeezed orange juice.

Very convenient location for those using the train. Comfortable room with a view over the town. Baggage accomodation before check-in.

No proper ventilation in the room, impossible to even dry the beach towels, as the window gives into a stuffy courtyard. The windowsill was absolutely filthy.

Right next to the train station, easy access. Very nice breakfast.

Front desk assistance was lacking; somewhat “indifferent.” Bathroom could use upgrading. Breakfast was adequate, but oddly organized.

Breakfast is poor. Parking is tricky. They provide parking, in the booking they say it is not possible to park up front but when I arrived they said no parking available and told me I should have booked. Confusion and at the end I didn't have any parking for my first 3 days and street parking is tricky to find.

Location is good, walking distance to beach and train station.

Noisy outside staff that was taking the linen for washing was disturbing at night and early morning. Believe it was also due to the position of our room however it was clear they didn’t care of the surroundings and very just so loud

Really pleased with my room, it was quiet room with a comfy bed. Breakfast is not lavish, but you won’t leave hungry.

The front desk person at the hotel was great. He allowed us to park directly in front of the hotel to accommodate my spouse's mobility issues. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is quite central with a lot of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Beaulieu sur Mer is a lovely little town and I enjoyed our short visit. Many of the area's attractions are a short walk or a very short drive from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of sweet and savory items.

The bed was massive which was good. But the room was small. I think the bed could have been a little smaller maybe. Overall the facilities were really good though.

Great location right next to the train station. Easy to get to from Nice airport. Easy and short walk to the beach. Also nice to have breakfast included.

Parking was very challenging as only had limited parking spaces for the hotel. This was frustrating as they did not say we needed to reserve in advance till we got there. By that time it was all taken, meaning we had to find other options. Rooms were a bit hot, even with AC. The first room they put us in did smell like smoke but we asked for another one and the seconded one was much better.

Rooms were very nice with a great view. The location was very good if you have a car there is also a bus near by. Very spacious room and comfy beds. Location was great for being in between Nice and Eze.

I would have liked to be able to reserve the parking. It was full and it was hard to park nearby as it was a busy time of year. I would have also liked some more healthy options for breakfast.

The air quality in hotel because it was very dusty. Carpets and curtains also super dusty - they should wash them. The hotel seemed cleaned, but I saw a cockroach in my bedroom.
