The hotel it self was lovely The person at seat was very helpful Didn’t care for waitress wanted lunch , didn’t seem to want to wait on us so we left couldn’t read menu , nothing in English. However the breakfast blew us away Location was a bit scary , didn’t fell comfortable walking anywhere. For that reason would not recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Pillow was quite uncomfortable and there was only one blanket in a double bed-if you are not used to it, can be annoying. Also hair dryer a bit weak. There was a situation when we hanged “Do not disturb” on our door handle, so the maid wouldn’t come into the room, but it was not respected.

The location is truly great if you plan to visit other nearby towns with a bus. Also, city’s centre is reachable very easily. The breakfast was really good. Maybe not the widest sortiment, but very tasty (except coffee). Even with open window it was pretty quiet in the room, couldn’t hear neighbours through the walls.

About 40 min walk to the old town. We were there for the Xmas market and it was only a 15 min walk to there.

I thought the room was too small tbh and as it faced onto the road you really needed to have a the window closed as it is fairly noisy. The room got incredibly hot at night for some reason, even though we had the thermostat turned to cold.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very, very good....with a wide choice of food...the staff in the kitchen etc were particularly nice. The place was clean and there is a good bus/tram service into the centre.

Room was far too hot. It was not possible to regulate the temperature. It is not possible to open the window due to noise from the road. It has been hell. Other than that it would be a perfect stay.

They didn’t offer a bottle of water in the room. The staff barely spoke English, some were rude when we tried to go outside on the terrace. Breakfast was quite simple, not much to choose from.

Getting parking is a nightmare. We spent almost 30 minutes trying to find parking. The bathroom isn’t the best the door would be better sliding as it’s a very tight bathroom. Every TV channel is in French not considering non-French speakers might stopover. However, they had smart tv so could watch Youtube etc. BUT the volume could not be changed and was super loud

I really liked the location and it was very easy to find. There is plenty to see within walking distance of the hotel and a really nice shopping center roughly a 15 minute walk away with a cool water canal. The Tram is a few blocks away, an easy walk.
