Outdated hotel, not very clean. There wasn't even a glass or a gobelet in the bath room to brush your teeth. Uninterested staff.

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a ground floor family room with direct access to the outside. It had an upscale American Motel vibe. Parked the car right outisde for easy access. We were just passing through and needed a somewhere to sleep and get breakfast and then get back on the road, and for that it was perfect for our family of four.

What they call a air conditioner is a fan that puts out air and its not cold. I needed to open the window but its close to the highway so the noise makes it impossible to sleep.

Its a clean and nice hotel, great and safe parking. The restaurant is good. Laying beside a big shopping center with all kinds of stores

Very unsanitary, floor and the Hallway Rug was dirty and have not seen or heard of Vakuum Cleaner. Toilet Papier were old (from Previous people).

Nothing really, maybe a bit close to the highway other than that nothing really. The food was acceptable.

We had to book 2 nights here because our car broke down and needed time to get fixed. The room was just dirty… the shower and bathroom floor had hairs and pubic hairs everywhere. Dirty brown spots etc. Made me feel icky.. The room was small and also felt quite dark, because of the dark green and brown colour they chose. It’s 35 minutes walk to the small Valence centre, which is quite long in the heat.

The pool is nice. There are some parks about 15 min walks away.

Very disappointing menu. Chicken nugget style main course with half a plate of fried potatoes and a fruit salad comprised of one underripe nectarine and 4 raspberries! Not a menu we’ve been used to at Ibis hotels

Value for money. I can't value this property high as I also stayed at IBIS in Poland where for 1/3 of a price we got very spacious and luxury double bedroom apartment with breakfast included

Location is pretty good, no issues with on-site parking, there's also big shopping mall few minutes walk away with restaurants and we had no issues staying there with our Labrador Retriever.

We must have been allocated with an over flow room as it was like a cupboard in size and very difficult to move around, we where unable to buy a drink at the bar as there was no staff.

We had to pay additionally for breakfast for 2 kids (~13euro), with explanation that hotel could not charge for kids over Booking, just for adults. They could at least write that in the notes on the Booking, if they could not process it. We did not have hand towels in the room, hairdryer did not work properly. I expected a little more for room quality.

The dinner menu at the hotel was very limited in its choice and the server could have been more gracious.

On arrival our room was assigned directly on the external building, which means the room door is directly on the street. Terrible and uncomfortable decision unless you book the hotel because of privacy reasons. The room was also undone and very dirty, to the point the hotel staff had to give us a new room. They also billed us incorrectly for one of our children's breakfast. That was not very professional. Location is not good, but this is a hotel for road trip stops. No bath in the bathroom means no relaxing after the end of a long road trip. Also no fridge in room, which meant some of our children's food had to go spoiled.

What we liked was the pool, which offered us the chance to refresh before continuing our trip. Also having nice 11kW Electric chargers for our cars was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable.
