We like this hotel. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. There is coffee and tea in the room. The people at the desk are always helpful and friendly. The price for the room is good, and that would be the only factor that would get us to choose another hotel for future stays; we always look for a clean hotel with economical rates.

The room was small and smelled quite badly of some cleaning product and of enclosed humid space. We would open the windows but the smell was still there when we came back each day. The bed was small too (1.40m) and short (less than the usual 2m). Given the small wardrobe, some coat hangers on the wall would be useful.

Helpful and very nice staff, the room was clean and had an amazing view of the Place de l'Horloge. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Avignon.

There was a smell of smoke in the room which we notified to the reception staff otherwise would have given 5 stars,

Superb situation for the Palais des Papes and easy to find the parking if you follow their directions precisely. Added suggestion: park as near the exit on level -1 as you possibly can and follow signs to Mercure Hotel. Kyriad is just beyond it.

It's not so much that we didn't like it the placement of the rooms was unlike we've ever seen before. It was lovely though

The double bed is small. I wish Booking implemented standard sizes but it doesn't so you are left guessing what terms mean to different hotels. I've had dou le beds in France that were larger and truer to size but sadly not here.

Mid center, walking distance of (discounted) parking. Silent. Good bed, clean. A warm welcome by the receptionist. Good suggestion for restaurant and a good breakfast. Recommended for a stay in Avignon. Value for a fair price on a top location.

Nothing really important. The elevator is a bit slow :) The carpet is a bit out of age (nobody covers floors with carpet these days).

Hotel 3 étoiles, parfaitement situé sur la place de l'Horloge a few meters from the palace of the pope. Hence very central. In an area covered with restaurants (most of them are common or not very good). Very quiet room as requested, behing. Not a noise. Breakfast is fine, the room clean and the bed comfortable. Small convenient bathroom. The staff is nice. What else.?

the internet is slow but I believe that is the case all over Avignon.

Graziella, the front desk clerk was lovely, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were comfortable and a good size. the breakfast was good with lots of choices. the location is perfect, a couple mins walk from the Palais du Papes. I would happily stay there again.
