Self service machine at entrance - not a great welcome. Spits out a card and let yourself in. We genuinely thought it was shut as in darkness and the one staff member had stepped away to do other duties. Room was cold - have to go to reception to get heating level adjusted. No real facilities for food in the evening. Appreciate it’s out of season but given the slightly isolated location it only has a McDonald’s next door. When we booked it Google maps made it look like other places near by but they are all shut. We would not use as a stopover again.

Very helpful lady on reception- doing it all and doing it with courteous and respectful attitude. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Nice hot shower.

The room was very nice looks newly refurbished, although it was a little cold for my liking and i was unable to turn the heating up the reception was closed so I slept with my hat on

There was no walk in shower , only a shower over the bath which was difficult for me to access. The bath towels were very small, and not really big enough for an adult. The lighting in the room was ok around the beds and in the bathroom but poor around the desk area.

We booked a 3 bed room which was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet except for road noise as our room was at the front , would request a room at the back of the building next time

Check in took lot of time because Booking.com again failed to inform the hotel that the bill allready had been paid. For the airco you have to call the staff, butt nobody was there.

The room was cold and I had to ask the staff to up the heating twice which they kindly did but you could not do it yourself. Other hotels did not have this restriction.

More off an observation really, shower light wasn’t working

Great location right next to the motorway, very clean and tidy. Late check in was good as we arrived after 10pm, all done on a machine and very simple.

The hotel is by the highway, next to a McDonald's and another restaurant. We were passing by and stayed only for the night, so this was very convenient to us. It has what you need to sleep comfortably.

Unfortunately the Aircon did not meet the needs of cooling the room and, due to the location of the room on the side facing the motorway, it was not possible to leave a window open.

The location met our travel needs for a two stop journey to Spain from Calais. It was in the Parc Natural area away from the hustle and bustle of a city. The rooms and common areas were as anticipated. The breakfast was good with a wider range of products than expected.

Not much really, it's a good value option.

Very nice little hotel on the route through central France. Always friendly staff. Dining facilities are small but dinner was very good quality, nice beer selection. The breakfast is basic but good quality too. I have also eaten at the bar/restaurant over the road, or there's a McDonalds if that's your thing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Perfectly fine for a stop en route. A little secluded for staying for longer but it was fine for overnight. Clean, warm and there's a McDonald's and another restaurant right there for dinner.

Nothing not to like, it's a Kyriad Hotel!

Clean comfortable room. Facilities nearby. Great place for an overnight stop between Spain and Eurotunnel. Good variety of stuff for breakfast!
