The shower was a bit weird, requiring me to clean the bathroom after showering. The area isn't the best in Paris, but being close to the metro really makes up for it. It wasn't the quietest room as I could hear every time someone would slam the door closed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the way. The beds were also extremely comfortable and I haven't slept this good in ages. The hotel is really close to the metro and it makes it really easy to navigate the city through it (its the first station, so you can sit down before everyone else gets on at busy stations like Gare du Nord)

Our room was firstly on the ground floor. The hair dryer was not completely working but was fine. It was so noisy that I couldn't fall asleep. Then the staff helped to change to third floor. It was smoothly changed and then we had a good night of sleep.

Very easy to reach by metro. The room is cosy and have essential facilities.

Room was quite warm during our stay and while the room has air conditioning, it didn’t seem to allow the temperature to go very low or to increase fan speed. This may be because we went during late winter so perhaps this feature is disabled during this time. The hotel does not have fans available either, so please plan accordingly. We ended up sleeping with the windows open and didn’t have an issue with noise etc.

Great location just a couple of minutes away from the metro which can get you all across Paris. Also fairly close to the Sacré Coeur which makes for a lovely walk. The room was affordable, basic and clean which suited our needs. Staff were helpful and attentive. We had no issues with the area and felt safe. Although we did not have the chance to have breakfast at the hotel, there are many wonderful bakeries in the area to try also!

The guy at the reception who checked me in was very nice.. There was also this lady at the reception who always had a smile which is rare to see in Paris. The breakfast was fresh and good, the hotel was very close to the Metro. The would give an Iron on request. It was good value for the money paid.

Breakfast was good, but there could be more choices and definitely more "fresh" choices.

The staff was really very kind and helpful. We coul accommodate sooner even we ask only for storing our luggage and we could store luggage next day as well. Beds were comfortable and because the room faced the courtyard, it was wonderfully quiet throughout the night. Subway next door.

This hotel is nicely located near a metro station, literally steps away. Nice modern place with very good staff and clean rooms. The breakfast is good too. There are places to eat nearby and also grocery shopping. There's a water boiler to make coffee in the room.

Clean, comfortable, 24hr reception, good breakfast, at the end of Metro line 4. Dine at Le Village - 10 min walk good food, staff and nice ambiance.

It was confusing to locate the hotel which blends into the facade of a multi-purpose building.

Friendly staff. Next to a bakery. Walking distance to market, pharmacy, etc. Metro stations within a few feet.
