hotel is very nice and the best thing is you have the metro station right next to the entrance (70 meters or less) the staff is really friendly and they help you in everything you need. the room is pretty comfortable and bigger than other hotels in Paris which is very nice if you have big luggages. Our bathroom was big as well and I was surprised about the shower which was very very big. Room always clean in the minimum details. Breakfast full of choices and pain au chocolate was super!!😆 The only thing we can say about negative side, is the zone which could seems dangerous but at the end everybody minds his buisness. Super recommended!!!!!

The window in our second story room couldn't be opened without a key we couldn't gt and with every shower the moisture was all over the walls and mold was starting to form on the walls. Otherwise everything was very clean and as soon as we made the staff aware we got our rooms changed immediately, but it's still a little unfortunate.

The hotel is right by the end Metro station on line 4 which offers connections to a lot of different other lines. Taking the train to / from the airport takes around 45-60 minutes with one change-over. Overall the staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were as small as you'd expect for that price, but very clean and the bedding was comfortable.

Shower had missing floor tiles and leaked unless you held it. Hair dryer cut out every few minutes. Not as nice as pictures but still pleasant.

Clean and fresh, new hotel in a super location just next to metro, all services and supermarkets close by. Rooms are all facing the courtyard, so absolutely silent despite of a central location. Friendly, helpful staff.

The neighborhood appears messy, though the buildings are beautiful above street level. I was second-guessing my decision to stay here until I saw how good the actual facilities were! I don’t need fancy, just a great hotel that is well-kept and close to transportation!

The location is very efficient for metro connection and even from CDG AIRPORT. Room was clean. They kept leaving 1 towel for a double room which we could not figure out and have to ask again. They should place a fridge to the rooms.

Door key doesn’t work frequently that made me up and down to ask for help.

In terms of location, the hotel is close to metro which’s quite convenient to travel around in city, also I like it’s very handy to find diverse restaurants in town nearby.

Coffee. It was just a machine with not very good coffee. The arrangements with taxi driver and the hotel. Although they told us the charge from the hotel to the airport would be 65 euros, and although I checked again with the driver just before we got into the taxi, when we arrived at the airport, he asked for 70 euros and his attitude was not very professional.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was very helpful and kind. Right next to the subway.

There was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a great location, right beside the Porte de Clignancourt metro. Ideal for Gare du Nord and St-Michel de Notre Dame if you plan to visit Versaille (RER C). The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. There are some really nice restaurants in the area around Jules Joffret metro. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good and reasonable for the price compared to eating in restaurants.

Clean and spacious room. The night was calm in the street. We can make coffee or tea in the room and the breakfast was really good (mainly sweet things to eat). The location is really convenient, close to metro line 4.

It's a bit far from all the tourist attractions and we didn't understand the trains and bus services. Couldn't go out in the evening as we didn't want to walk late at night in the area.

Good service, good size room. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was made. Thank you.
