How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The floor was a bit dirty in places and the shower wasn't contained so the water went all over the bathroom floor when you used it so it was a bit frustrating.
The room was alot bigger than other ones in Paris.

we stayed on the top floor and although out of the control of the hotel staff there were some pigeons that were a bit loud on the bathroom area of the roof. However the door for the bathroom did an excellent job of blocking out the noise
decent location as it is right next to the metro and only 3-4 stops away from the main station making commuting easy, the staff were very friendly and nice. the breakfast was also quite good

Breakfast was very good. Meet expectations Place was very accessible for transportation and everything you need is just a steps away I could say the room is spacious The hotel is clean and presentable

The location was perfect. Easy acces to metro station. It is very close to Sacre cour. Clean rooms and was cleaned everyday. The staff was very very helpful. Thankful for all their service...

the neighbourhood is a bit questionable

The location of the hotel is good. It's so close the metro line. So you can go anywhere easily. The room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Guests were loud late night near to our room in the garden 2 nights in the row, which is unfortunat. When I asked for a blanket as the room was a bit cold, the staff only could offer me bed sheats. On the second day,after our room was cleaned, the door and window been left open, but nothing was missing.
The breakfast was fairly priced and available until 10 am. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The door locking system was hard to work out and didn't work at all at the beginning. Rooms were fairly minimalist.
Good location close to both tram and metro.

Fantastic value for money. Very conveniently located near a tram stop and a Metro station. Room was compact but very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and recognised the limits of my French-speaking, so spoke to me in fluent English. Free WiFi was great and this hotel had everything I needed as a solo traveller in Paris.

The water from the shower went all through the bathroom but I think it was just the specific style of bathroom we were given so may not be an issue in all rooms.
The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was comfortable and quiet. There were some nice food options nearby and the property is located very close to a metro stop which is useful for travelling to and from the main centre of Paris.

The location is pretty bad, the surrounding environment is very dirty and unsafe. The water sold in the property is expensive.
The inner property is comfortable and we like the fruit salad and coffee for the breakfast.

Excellent location near by metro 4 and also on the route of garde du Nord , so lot of Indian restaurant at garde Nord , so was convenient to reach from Port de CLingncourt. Staff was supportive, cleanness.

Our room was very small and there wasn't enough space for our suitcases.
Kind and helpful staff, perfectly clean rooms, great neighborhood and connection to all of Paris. Enough amenities for a 3 star hotel and very comfortable beds. Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

it was not possible to switch off the heating the first night and although the temperature outside was only 5 degrees Celsius, we could not sleep because the room temperature was higher than 20 degrees Celsius
good value for money. very friendly staff. superb location, close to Gare Du Nord and af the Metro.
