Weather was dry for most part, but it would have been great to eat outside. Temp 17-20 degrees. We will have to return in summer! Some tea bags in the room would be nice.

Host Pierre was wonderful- he made us excellent 3 course suppers - worthy of a Michelin star- and using his wide knowledge of wine, paired them well with wines from the area. We felt safe and felt our bikes were safe too in his beautiful secure garden.

This B&B is run by two of the most helpful and talented owners we have come upon in several trips to France. Laure is a most charming and knowledgeable hostess while Pierre is a creative culinary master. One should definitely have dinner there! Set about a 20 minute drive from Saint Emilion, L’ilot Vignes offers a relaxing and comfortable oasis from one’s daily visitation.

Breakfast could have more offerings like a cheese and cold meat plate.

Fantastic prefix dinner prepared by the host and comfortable room. Quiet location 15 mins from St Emillion. Pierre (host) is super nice and helpful.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like. It is out in the countryside, so you will need a car to get there.

This cute place is nestled amongst the vineyards and has a nice quiet escape feel with the wooded area behind and the outdoor space and pool. The service was truly exceptional, Pierre Yves went out of his way to make us comfortable and ensure we had a great stay. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was outstanding with fresh, warm pastries as well as coffee and nice juices and fruit, something for everyone. It's especially nice to have the dinner option and a fridge to store our own French delights and local wine to enjoy by the pool/in our room.

Would have been ideal with a parking area in the shadow.

Very authentic experience. Large cosy and clean room. Great homemade breakfast and nice pool area. Very friendly and helpful landlord giving us good advice about what to see in the area. We can recommend Saint-Emilion and Montagne (and the restaurant La Reserve du Presbytene) and the castle next door. We really enjoyed the calme of this bed & breakfast. Just what we needed.
